Great value for money, seamless webpage and controlcenter, responsive, useful and fast support.

It is one of the best hosting providers for its price. I have been using their services for several months now, the server for the V-Rising game. During the entire period of use (+-3 months), I have never encountered any problems, while the number of slots on the game server reaches 50. I have never seen so many slots for such a price anywhere. I would like to single out the support service separately - this is one of the best I've ever talked to. I had financial difficulties because of which it was not possible to pay for the server on the same day, only the next day, and my lease was extended for a day!) In general, my rating for this provider is 5 out of 5.

The server was fast and easy to set up. The server ran great with no lag. Customer support was quick and efficient. Will continue to use them when I need a server again.

I'm using DatHost for a while for valheim, I recommend for that game. The customer support again very fast reponses.

The best. Easily the best server hosting company for games. Hope to see it expanded to new games soon, especially Abiotic Factor!

Fast Friendly Reliable service I highly reccommend

Amazing customer service, super helpful and fast response. Went through the logs of my server and told me the exact issue I was having.

I decided to try DatHost hosting recently and I'm very surprised how smooth everything is.
I ordered my service on the website and in 1-2 min everything was up and running and I could immediatelly start configuring my server. Their custom control UI is very intuitive and nicely done, simplifying many "repetitive" tasks while also not restricting from more complicated custom actions. Wiki is good and all my inqueries that I couldn't find there were very quickly answered. I've never been this satisfied with a public hosting yet.

Ridiculously easy to setup in comparison to Nitrado. I really dont want to bad-mouth Nitrado here as Ive used them for years now, but the last 2 modded Minecraft servers (Arcadia and Craftoria) did not work at all over there.
Looked for a new server provider and my buddy discovered DatHost.
Immediately fell in love with it. More RAM, more customization, more slots, and somehow, less charge per month?!?!
The UI is incredible. While I had to scroll through several guides on Nitrado, I found everything here first try. I am writing this review right after testing the server - which worked flawlessly first try as well btw - so take it with a grain of salt.
But nevertheless, amazing first impression - I plan on sticking to DatHost from now on.

Great experience overall, I only used a server for a month and had no issues whatsoever, it’s also very user friendly and easy to customise to your needs. They were happy to refund me without any fuss when it renewed as I didn’t need the server anymore, will be back for any hosting needs in the future :)

Little to no customer service, and when you do get customer service its rude and argumentative. I had came from Gportal thinking the grass was better on the other side and I had constant issues with the server crashing on its own. Then the customer service on top of it really made me hate this company, they are so rude and condescending I would not recommend to anyone.

I've used Dathost for almost 5 years now and have had nothing but success with their services. I've ran a free-to-use CS:GO community surf server, outlasting every other community server.
The few times I reached out to their support, they went above and beyond helping me with issues that they had no reason to help me with. (game-based, sometimes plugin-based questions)
I am not a paid sponsor whatsoever, I just wanted to share a good word about a good company. Something that's hard to do nowadays.

I purchased a CS2 server on DatHost expecting full control over the launch parameters, but I was very disappointed to find out that they never allow -insecure. According to them, this is to follow the community guidelines, yet they have no problem offering a Minecraft version that doesn't require a paid account.

If you need full freedom to configure your server as you want, I recommend looking elsewhere. DatHost enforces unnecessary restrictions without a clear reason.

I need to use newest versions of forge, cuz i play modded and theres only the 47.2.0 version HOW do I resolve this?

My in-game days have gone over 2,000 days. Within that time I have not lost any of our save data, instances that I couldn't access, or any of the other common issues. When one update was handled poorly (by Microsoft and not DatHost) I reached out to DatHost, and they fixed the problem immediately. This game, as strange as it sounds, has brought my family together, and being able to host a server for my family and it go so smoothly at that, has been incredible. I'm incrediby impressed and recommend DatHost to any and all people that inquire about starting a server up for their game. I absolutely recommend this host, cost effective and works flawlessly.

The services that are provided are great.
For context i switched from another service provider to dathost and the server runs way smoother than what i had before for the same price.
And the server management console is easy to use.
Only complaint is that i can't specify what forge version i want installed for an Minecraft server.
