ordering process is easy, check out was smooth, delivery was very timely

Product is just what I needed and easy to order. And fortunately, it was well packed. The only issue did not have to do with company, but with the shipper - box had been dropped on its corner, deforming up to 1.5 inches of the outer box, inner box and the pulp liner which held the lamp. Fortunately, no damage was done to the lamp, but if it had dropped on the other corner there could have been damage.

Guess everything you are doing is right since this was my 5th purchase, I have 3 that attach to my tables and 2 floor lights…love them!

The product was good and once chased the delivery was good but I had difficulty in communicating with you when the delivery was delayed.
The telephone number was not answered and there was no answer machine

I received a lamp and did not like it. I had to return it at my cost! the company said they would only refund me if they could resell it. After waiting a LONG time, they said it was damaged and would not send evidence of such. then they said they would start a case and I would have to wait 25 days for a decision of shipping it back to me or giving me a refund. After that LONG period of time, they came back and said they would do neither and I would have to contact my credit card that I paid with. ALL of which was SO WRONG AND FRUSTRATING.

Bulb is behind a diffuser which provides excellent light for reading and close work. It looks good too.

Fast delivery of a great reading lamp. Very effective. Other brands (Far-East delivery) have mediocre reviews. I am so glad I bought this own. Value for money.

Absolutely super lamp. The lead is also much longer than expected and falls easily to the floor and across to my plug. The light itself is excellent. Three different settings. The top one does create a daylight atmosphere. Have recommended to other Macular degeneration suffer sufferers.

The lamp I ordered is fine, it was delivered swiftly. The problem is that the lamp didn't fit my table and when I tried to return I didn't get any answer from the company (there is no return page, you have to send an email to support).

It gives me great light when I'm working in the evening
