Too much lag
The image quality is good. The UI is also fine. The problem is the huge lag, constantly showing the loading spinner and even freezing the image every few seconds. This makes the fine image quality and UI irrelevant.
On top of that, the cancellation of the subscription's next payment is a real pain in the ass. You can't just cancel the subscription, you have to talk to an agent (phone or chat) and convince them that you really want to cancel.
Only a few clicks should be required to cancel a subscription, not this nonsense.
EDIT: Worst customer support ever, only focused on what they want and caring very little or nothing at all about what the user wants. I finally managed to cancel the subscription and I will never subscribe again to this poor low-quality platform.

Absolute scam of a business model. A quick search online will show how many fall into the same pitfall I got caught with. A sneaky 12 mo th minimum term that they refuse any sort of cancellation of. Customer services are entirely unhelpful in matter.

Terrible, the image keeps stuttering. I subscribed for the World Cup expecting a better service. In the end, I watched Spain's match on La 1; it looked much better there.
The problem persists. I only used the subscription for one day, trying to watch two matches without success, but they don't want to refund me.
Besides, it's not very transparent to sell the World Cup for one price and then make people realize that they need to keep an active subscription for two months.
What professionalism. Good thing they're German.

its ok but not worth the money
its ok but not worth the money 2 main issues which will stop me for paying for next year,
1. I paid for the year... however if I go back I only get half the season, why when I pay can I only see back 4 months!!!
2. Stanley cup playoffs, go to a game of 7, so close to the end I know the winner as there will be either another game displayed or no game, why not just have the option to blur that or remove upcoming games.

Misleading checkout, broken website, help page inaccessible
FIX YOUR DAMN WEBSITE!
You show the world cup addon in the checkout, then automatically redirect me to a region that does not support the addon!
The help page just twitches between en-AT and en-ES, completely unusuable and buggy, no matter the browser, even on mobile.
Noone answers the emails as well.
If there is any kind of support chat it is not accessible since the help page is completely broken.
Complete rip-off and disappointment!
Be very careful when signing up.

Very disappointing experience with DAZN.
Cancelling a subscription is unnecessarily difficult and confusing. When you think you're paying for just one month, it is not clearly explained that you are actually being automatically enrolled in a yearly subscription plan. This feels misleading and unfair to customers.
On top of that, some events still require additional payment even after you have already paid for a subscription, which defeats the purpose of subscribing in the first place.
As a boxing fan, I was also disappointed by the limited number of quality boxing matches available. The boxing content is far less comprehensive than advertised.
Overall, poor transparency, confusing subscription terms, and underwhelming content make this service hard to recommend.

Very frustrating cancellation experience
Poor customer service. I have been trying to unsubscribe for three months now. I had to change my subscription plan twice, and fees were applied each time. Overall, the process has been frustrating and not worth it. I do not recommend DAZN.

BEWARE WHEN BUYING PPV EVENTS ON DAZN & 7 DAY “FREE” TRIALS…
I bought the Chisora vs Wilder PPV thinking it was a single one-off payment for the fight. I watched it once and never used DAZN again.
I later discovered I had been charged £25.99 per month since April until June for a subscription I did not knowingly intend to take out or use.
When I contacted support, I was told I had allegedly been placed into a 7-day free trial that automatically rolled into a paid monthly subscription. I do not recall clearly agreeing to this, and I certainly did not expect a PPV purchase to turn into ongoing monthly charges.
The most frustrating part is the lack of clarity. A PPV purchase should mean exactly that — pay once, watch once. Instead, it appears to have led to an ongoing subscription buried in the checkout process.
I asked for proof of consent and evidence of how this was clearly presented at checkout. Instead, I was directed back to terms and conditions.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and costly, and I would strongly warn others to be very careful when buying DAZN PPV events and to monitor their bank statements closely afterwards.
