Help pages contain false information
Be cautious with this site. They claim certain features are available with a paid plan, but after purchasing, you’ll find they aren’t accessible. They explain that the official help page I viewed was refering to the old system, and these features aren’t available in the new one. It’s been a terrible experience; you can’t customize your web as desired. I recommend avoiding this service and dont trust anything you see in their Help pages!
Update: Raising my rating to 4 stars because they refunded my money, but I still lost a lot of time building a site that is now useless to me.

What you are referring to are two separate website building tools: the Jimdo Creator and the Jimdo Website Builder. Both are built on different technologies and each has its own feature set. Our help center pages are accurate and up-to-date for their corresponding product, but they are not interchangeable.
If you are unhappy with the product you picked, our support team will gladly assist you in making a switch to the product package that best suits your needs!

Domain Just Gone
I purchased a domain through Jimdo, but I was informed that the process could take up to 10 days. After waiting over two weeks without any progress, I reached out to customer support, only to receive vague responses that directed me to a limited online guide.
Eventually, I discovered that the domain I wanted was already in use by another company.
I then requested assistance from Jimdo to purchase an alternative domain, but once again, they merely referred me back to the guide without providing meaningful help.
I strongly advise against using Jimdo, especially for beginners looking to build a website. The yearly plan package is particularly unwise, as it does not come with adequate support or efficiency in domain management.
