The only issue I had was it was difficult to contact about where my order was. Once sent out it got here really quick and was packaged wonderfully, will definitely buy from again.

Preorder still not arrived

Preorder still not arrived. No correspondence from the company - after several emails. The preorder was due mid July; we are now nearly Sept. Avoid

Follow up after the feedback from DMF; I am not US based but UK based as per my order details

We previously replied to your emails, but unfortunately the messages could not be delivered and were returned with the notice:
“Recipient inbox full – Your message couldn’t be delivered. Their inbox is full or it’s receiving too much mail at the moment.”
In addition, we attempted to ship your order to the U.S., but due to the recent changes and confusion around U.S. customs and duty clearance policies, our shipments have been repeatedly returned by the couriers we work with.
While we are actively looking for alternative shipping solutions, it may take some time. Therefore, we have processed a cancellation and full refund for your order in the meantime.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please rest assured that we are working hard to resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible.

order cancelled

I ordered from them in may they said it’s going to be shipped mid July and now in august they canceled my order so all that waiting was basically for nothing. Never order something from them if it’s pre order!!!!!

Item missing

Ordered 2 items. 1 pre order and 1 on hand item. After a couple of months I received the pre order item, but the other item is still not shipped. I send multiple messages on the site and Instagram but no response. This is the first and last time ordering. I just lost more than 30 euro on this. Very unhappy.

Overall amazing!

Amazing service! delivery arrived when expected, no hassle. The store overall has a lot of variety and all well priced, and chances to get a POB of your bias with albums which is always great. Thankyou so much!

so far so good, until it wasn't

Original review was made on 18th July, but since then, I've had to change my review and situation. With items on hand, I cannot fault them as they did ship instantly and the delivery was smooth. HOWEVER, the pre-order process is really poor, and not ALL on-hand items are actually available. My original order had an item cancelled even though it was showing as instock online, and then the whole product was put as out of stock? My pre-order items were also expected to be sent Mid-June, and have been delayed 2/3 times to now Mid-August which is not acceptable in my eyes. I do feel the store has a good chance of being good, but theres some internal changes that need to be made, including actually updating the site, and actually having items available for the pre-order instead of the duck and goose chase.

Preorder item

I ordered the 5’oclock 10cm bbokari plushie, and even though it was preorder and the wait was forever with little information (not Dear my favourite’s fault at all) it was so worth the wait especially since he arrived in perfect condition and there was little freebies in the packaging. Forever love small businesses
