Between the Spanish lockdown and a long term health condition requiring me to "shield" I needed exercise - to which end I bought an exercise bike. Ordered and paid on 18th April - and at that point it was showing as "available" in the online store.
I checked-in periodically and the status didn't change.

Of course today is the 29th and I've heard nothing back.
I log in to my banking and it turns out they refunded it yesterday (28th) - without any notice or communication...
They held my money for 10 days, did nothing and then paid me back without informing me. So that was an interest free loan I guess? Very generous of me...
An email might have been nice guys - I realise you're all working from home but I don't need to go into a shop to get an email apologising for being useless and having to refund my money.

no delivery after payment
I ordered a trampoline for my children on the 4th of April, on the 7th of April, I received a message that it would be delivered on the 8th, today its the 17th!!! We've been calling numerous times, the telephone line doesn't work, people in the chat say that they don't know when it's going to be delivered, they don't even apologise. The idea was to have it during quarantine period and for the birthday of my children, I have no idea what's going on, I don't recommend buying anything here, it's a total nightmare.

You get what you pay for ! Some articles from their own line are just fine and represent excellent value for money. I have been a regular customer for years, both online and in shops and it's one of the first places I look for specific items, as they really do cover a lot of different sports.

I am an returning costumer and unfortunately I'm let down yet again. I decided to order some equipment with home delivery. They could only tell me what date I could expect the package to arrive and no hour, I was expected to wait at home all day all day waiting for the delivery men to call. I instead decided to have the items delivered to the nearest store and arranged with some friends. I payed for the items online and they had no issue charging me the money. But two days later I get an email that the item isn't avaliable online and that they have canceled my order. Now I'm expected to find a car and a driver and drive over 40 minutes to the closest store that has the item in stock?
Extremely disappointed with the service and client valuation of this company.

The people you have chosen have further damaged my confidence
After complaining about a 22 day delay in delivery by Seur some 48 hours back
The unscheduled Seur vehicle arrived late with just one of the two packages
The driver was repeatedly pressed as to where the other carton was and said it would come the following day
Naturally that proved to be as big a lie as all the others of Seur. No surprise there then
A ping pong table without bats balls and a net is a little pointless
So simple message - choose a supplier who has a reliable honest and capable carrier
Decathlon sadly isn’t one of them which for their brand is a pity
For us? We have more unwantef chasing to do before we ensure NEVER to use Decathlon for anything sizeable in Spain

I bought two electric bikes from Decathlon Guadalmar in Malaga nearly two years ago. Unfortunately one of them proved to be a bit of a nightmare, but Pablo Francisco Segovia and his team in cycling went out of their way to make sure that any problem was resolved and that I ended up a happy customer.
Never doubt the quality of customer service from this store. They are great people!
