Decathlon products are really good. Only shame is they're only located in Stockholm in Sweden, it would be nice to have them in other cities:)

I always have trust in Decathlon…
I always have trust in Decathlon products.
This time I bought a pop up tent, a inflatable mattress and a double sleeping bag. All of them was great. As said by my friend “They are too good to be used so seldom. So we’ve decided to go camping more often”.
Easy to use and good materials.
Wish for improvements is the webpage, sometimes I have to refresh the page mutiple time to go back to the list.

Worst customer service.
I ordered online with store pickup at Decathlon in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. It took more than 30 mins for someone to come to the customer desk to ask what is my need. I and another customer patiently waited for 15 mins and when we enquired with the store personnel to see if someone would help us with the delivery service they kept on bypassing that some other person would come to desk. They were helping the customers who were having issues with Self checkout but not ready to come to the customer service desk to help the existing customer waiting for delivery or returns. I went and talked to store manager to help with delivery she as usual passed on the buck saying just grab any of their personnel I expected at least the manager to come forward to solve the issue.
Positive thing to note is that once the staff person has come he patiently helped us with deliveries and returns.

Picked up my pakets from in-store which went ok but what the hell have you done to the floor plan at kungenskurva???
Couldn't find nothing and products range/stock has been reduced by 50%
Really shocked even horrified at what's going to happen to one of my favourite stores????

It took more than a week to receive the…
It took more than a week to receive the shipment. Partially delay was caused because a packet box choice is available for bulky deliveries as well. I wouldn’t have thought that it will be such a huge package.

I ordered in France
I ordered in France, but needed a French telephone number. But I only had a Swedish one. So I had to get a Franch number just to order from your website. An email address should be enough! Then you said it would take 3-4 days. But it took a week and a half! My purchase at Decathlon was very frustrating.

Normally when you order from Decathlon in a country, for exemple in Sweden, you need to have a phone number in that country. This is so that the notificationcan take place correctly.
About the delivery time, sorry that the order took longer time then first estimeted. But if you ordered in France we can not see and take part of your order details.
