worst online shopping system ever
Even though all their products are really good and they are my favourite outdoor equipment producer, they have the worst online shopping system.
Sometimes you wait for 1 month for delivery, sometimes you wait for 2 weeks and then they remove few pieces from your order due to stock issues.
Also you can not cancel an order in their system and need to reach out to their customer service.

Ordered twice and twice order cancelled after confirmation. I ordered power chord for my exercise bike and this is not available anymore. The bike cannot be used and a complete waste of my money.
