DO NOT ORDER

Awful Company, Said they deliver after 5-7 working days. 2.5 months later still waiting 3 emails sent no response from company. logged a Paypal case and Paypal gave me the money back due to the company not replying to them either. An absolute shambles of a company.

Same as others - wish I'd seen the reviews

Wow, how they've even got any positive reviews is a mystery, it seems my experience is the norm.

Placed an order through Wowcher, massive delivery cost through this company of £7.99 (even though it is a small parcel with Evri) then....nothing.

I emailed them a couple of weeks after my order was placed, explaining that this was to be a birthday gift, and eventually had an email with a tracking link.

The tracking link shows the order has NOT been dispatched, clearly not a surprise now I've seen the other reviews.

I've requested a refund of the delivery price (as the date has been and gone) and also complained to Wowcher and asked for a refund of the voucher price.

If these are not forthcoming I will have to file a dispute with my bank.

This company is clearly a fraud and as others have said, I can't understand how Wowcher keeps using them...absolute scam.

Do not buy

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering but with buying the voucher through wowcher, I didnt think there would be any issues. Ordered personalised face masks for my sons 18th birthday party on the 4th September, after numerous emails sent to the merchant & wowcher, it is now 3rd October & I still dont have my masks. Customer services doesnt exist. They have replied to one of my many emails with a tracking number which is a false tracking number. I am finally being refunded from wowcher but have lost out on 2 delivery charges & have no masks. After reading the reviews on here, I have seen that must people of bought vouchers through wowcher. I dont really understand why wowcher still habe this merchant on there website when so many people must have complained. I will not buy anything through wowcher again

Don't bother

Ordered via a Woucher and received notification of dispatch 19th September. As of today there has been no delivery and amazon shipping isn't being updated. The occasion has passed so ive emailed them again to cancel the order.

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. My order was not delivered and had to make numerous attempts to contact them and when they eventually do reply the response is unhelpful. Items eventually arrived 16 days after they should have done. Would advise to avoid.

I used this company through purchasing…

I used this company through purchasing a Wowcher to get one of my wedding photos printed onto a canvas. I really wish I looked at the reviews first! I received my order within the time frame but am unable to actually hang it! The frame hasn’t been built properly and is wonky so I cannot actually put it on the wall. I sent them a message about said faulty canvas and was asked if I wanted a replacement. As soon as I responded saying I would like it resent I have been ghosted! I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. The company is a disgrace, avoid at all costs!!

Nice A3 photo

After reading the reviews I was not sure how my experience would go. I ordered an A3 print last week and it arrived today.. super quick and the print was lovely. I got it for 2.99 with 7.99. I would order again.

I wouldn't recommend this company

I wouldn't recommend this company; one excuse after another for why I haven't received my order. The latest one is that they can't open the email that I sent with proof of order and payment, and one before that was the wrong order number, even though it's the one on the confirmation email. Before this, not knowing of any order, even though I gave them all my details. Happy to take my money out of the bank, though. A complete and utter scam to avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for missing product

Still waiting for missing product!
Placed 2 orders in June 2025. Two house signs and one lot of Bin stickers. Got the Groupon offer and added the £16.99 bin stickers as an extra gift for parents new house.
Finally got the house signs a few weeks later but no bin stickers. I had another order and asked that the missing Bin stickers be added. Email was ignored and no stickers arrived.
It is now SEPTEMBER and I have a huge thread of emails from me chasing them, getting auto responses back and when they do contact me- they ask if 'ive checked the box'!!! Again I say I still have the boxes and they are not in. Have asked for stickers or refund on multiple occasions. Still not got them! I am STILL chasing and still awaiting a proper response, a refund or the actual product I have bought and paid for.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with such shocking service. Groupon and other companies should refuse to advertise their products due to such bad reviews and service provided to its customers.

I will continue to contact them but will be reaching out to trading standards, social media and more if I do not get this sorted soon. It's not about the stickers anymore..it's principle, respect and highlighting their ineptitude to fulfill a simple order and to warn other potential customers of their horrendous service.

House sign falling apart.

Bought a house sign from them last October, it’s now falling to bits. Emailed them to complain, it’s now been 13 days and not heard anything back from them. Their automatic email reply stated they’d get back to me within 2-3 days. I don’t hold up any hope of them responding.

Item dispatched within the 7-10 time…

Item dispatched within the 7-10 day time frame as per the email and once Evri notified they were expecting the parcel I got the canvas delivered next day.
Was so worried about the bad reviews after purchasing my Groupon voucher, but everything was ok and the item is perfect.

Cheap discount but high delivery cost

I bought the voucher from Groupon to make 3 A3 canvas. Which is £4.8 each. I understand the delivery cost is not included. Then I go to the website and I tried to place all the theee orders together and then apply coupon code. Then I was told I can’t do so as I have to redeem only one coupon for each order and so I have to order separately in order to redeem all 3. And a £8 is charged for each order. How stupid it is! If I’m not using the coupon I can place all three in one single order and save the freight charges. So include the freight charges it is not cheap at all. Not to mention that it doesn’t offer many options when customizing the canvas e.g. no stretched edges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- The experience started great I got my canvas within the time quoted and there was a printing error which left a black mark and white mark on my canvas so I contacted them again they responded quickly and asked me if I would like a replacement sent to which I answered I would really appreciate that I was asked to allow 10 working days this was in January and I have been chasing it ever since!! My emails have been ignored for months so I decided to email them from a different email address I have and to my surprised they responded very quickly probably because they thought I would be spending money? As soon as I gave my order number and they realised I have been ignored again I have sent 3 emails in the past month.
So today I have tried to email again and it's clear that BOTH of my email address' have been blocked!!! I just want my replacement canvas there's a space on the wall waiting for it I threw the marked one away because I was promised a replacement this is an important memory that I had printed I've tried to get my money back as ordered through Groupon they've told me to contact DecoMatters but no response at all it's really disappointing.

ordered 4 banners through Groupon…

ordered 4 banners through Groupon emailed to ask if vouchers could be added together the reply was no so ordered separately to the same address was charged 4 delivery charges and they all came together in 1 package would never order from them again and would also consider never ordering from Groupon again as they obviously approve of the terrible service as they have never replied to my email about this despicable company my advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I am absolutely amazed by the poor…

I am absolutely amazed by the poor reviews, my experience has been very different. I have ordered 3 canvases now, on 3 separate occasions, through Wowcher and each time I have received a great product, delivered in good time. I got my last order this week & once again it is excellent, so I do recommend this company.

Poor Quality & Late Delivery

Ordered a banner on 18th May for my husbands 50th birthday, and after chasing up with Customer Support, they finally dispatched my banner and I received it 9th June. After I explained they had missed the birthday and I wanted a refund they ignored my complaint. This was suppose to be express delivery! Poor quality paper banner got delivered and definitely not worth the money.
