Poor I have ordered some personalised aprons for my daughter's party. The cost for delivery via the Groupon deal is £1.99. There website states £4.99. My email was greated by radio silence after several emails that failed to answer this part of my query. Highly disappointed.

Barely worth the £18.98 through wowcher inc delivery. Would not be happy if paid the £49.99 through website. Customer services good as answered my message promptly about different company names when ordered to who took money. Still not impressed with different names and poor quality product. Gutted to be honest, would have been a repeat customer otherwise

My partner reported this company to paypal because when he tracked our order it claimed it was delivered the day we ordered a canvas off of them! It also said fab deco not decomatters on the transaction! Once a case was submitted against them they suddenly said it was going to be delivered once again the name of the company changed! It arrived today and well it's the worse quality i have seen. They didn't even pull the canvas tight it's floppy. What a waste of money so glad it was a wowcher deal because it's not worth what they state its worth

They are very unprofessional. I ordered some face masks for a hen do then emailed them straight away asking if they would arrive in time. The response I got did not answer my question and I thought was a little rude. I then sent two more emails in that time stating I wanted to cancel and get a refund with no response . They then sent them out and they did not arrive in time by a matter of hours.
They were also absolutely rubbish and flimsy.
They draw you in with a professional looking website it’s a shame that doesn’t continue through to customer care. The time it takes to arrive from ordering is ridiculous I might as well have ordered from a cheap Chinese website.

I ordered personalised facemasks over 2 months ago. I have emailed customer service twice and had no response. I'm utterly disgusted by this appalling service. My sister in law hen do is next week and it isn't looking likely they will arrive
Said they delivered a photo of my grandkids . But it was left outside somewhere ! No reply from them !
Honestly reading the reviews after i made my purchase i had already prepared myself for my canvas not to come, but it arrived 4 days after purchase and the canvas print is really good, the picture is perfect and there is no scuffs or anything, i am really impressed overall! The size of the canvas is perfect and the words are clear in the photo. Received an email it would be delivered and then it showed up next day so i am really impressed overall, great experience with this company especially for the price i will definitely be coming back.

I ordered an address plate through Groupon. After a long wait I checked the order and it said delivered. I asked for POD and got “delivered through mail slot”. I challenged that as I have never had the item delivered and if it had been “delivered through mail slot” I wouldn’t be querying it. Brits don’t use that language for letter box etc so it sounds to me they are talking b******t. They won’t answer emails so I guess I am out of pocket. Just do yourself a favour and don’t use them, they clearly don’t care about good customer service.
Ordered face masks for my friend’s party and they were just prints of the photo I sent on paper that I had to cut out myself, cut the eyeholes and tie the elastic on. There wasn’t enough elastic, it wasn’t stretchy and the paper was so thin the masks just bent. DO NOT BUY. I could have printed these out on my printer at home!!!
Ordered 3 canvases through Groupon. Paid £7.99 EACH delivery even though 2 were delivered together. 3rd canvas has never arrived despite constant emails.

Awful transaction. First it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 29th but wasn't. Then there was a stupid message on Friday 31st saying it would be delivered on Wednesday 29th. When it was delivered it was damaged in several places. Either you are cowboys or Amazon shipping spent 3 days trampling over this item. I am going to leave lousy feedback for you on as many sites as possible
Ordered on 19th December and zero contact to say anything has been processed and have received nothing so far. All e-mails have had no response.
Should have read the reviews like others, and shame on Wowcher for listing this company which clearly can't fulfill orders.

I was a little concerned with the reviews after ordering through wowcher, but my order came super quick and was pleased with quality of the items especially given the price.
I previously had a great experience with Decomatters, so I trusted them again for two family Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, this time was a disaster. The canvases arrived quickly, but the quality explained why: the colours were horribly off—we looked bright orange—and they sent me two of the same canvas instead of the two different images I ordered.
The worst part has been their customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them since December 20th, emailing repeatedly, but all I get is an auto-response. No one replies or seems to care.
I’ve noticed they often run deals through Wowcher, likely to attract customers who don’t know the company’s name. It’s a shame, as they used to be reliable, but they’ve gone so far downhill. Avoid Decomatters like the plague—don’t waste your time or money.
