Goods were poorly made and faulty and although no fault of ours I had to pay the return costs of over £20. Had we just not wanted it I would understand, but sending poorly made goods and charging to return was unacceptable.

This item is ok for a certain usage, but I was surprised at the size of the teapot which is smaller than expected, this may be down to me reading a review for another tea pot from another company, overall I would say that I will use the teapot and cups, and the items look nice.
