Poor instructions.Back of unit not shades to show front and back of unit. Cam nuts not made of metal

Delivery and goods were great. Had a faulty part which the customer service department dealt with efficiently and kindly via email. Would recommend them.

The item was never delivered and no refund to date. Will never shop here again

I am a very sceptical internet shopper, so I was reluctant to spend a considerable sum of money in one transaction for one item, but on ordering the Cockerel Gazebo from Decoroo my fears didn't become reality, the service, communication, price and delivery were second to none.
A very good company to deal with and would recommend to other sceptics.
By the way, this is the first time I have taken to reviewing a company as I felt Decoroo were worthy of it. Well done and a special thanks to Kirsty.

I ordered a corner TV unit from this company at far less cost than other retail outlets. I must say I am glad I did. From initial internet order to delivery took only two days. The goods are of a superb quality, and delivery arrived on the dot as promised. A company I would certainly recommend based on my experience with them. It is certainly a long time since I have experienced such efficiency, and I would have no qualms regarding any future orders with them.

Asking me to send in photos of the product this is all well & good but how can I do this if I’m not in the country hence the reason I keep asking ou to call me or is this not in your capacity to hold a adult conversation with a customer that has just spent over £90 on your site.
That is the reason you have 1 star it’s the lowest possible cause there is no zero

We ordered a sofa from Decoroo.
We had found exactly the same item on other websites but theirs was by far the cheapest. It arrived today and is great quality.
The only reason I am giving 4 & not 5 stars is because their communication was not good. I won’t go into detail as far too boring but improve that & definitely 5 stars.
And yes, would use again.

I have had back problems for many years and it's good to get up in the morning without pain.

Lovely hall table, really nice workmanship. Arrived in great packaging so that it could not be damaged.
