Terrible experience, no instructions were in the package

Before despatch of goods Kirsty contacted me to confirm my address - as a part of it appeared to me missing. This was indeed the case so the situation was rectified before it became a problem. Her email was thoughtful and engaging - there was something very personal about it.
I will definitely use Decoroo again.

Easy to order,the item that I wanted wasn't available in the colour I ordered but Kirsty in sales contacted me straight away and alternative arranged..well packaged and the sales department was excellent as my queries answered and dealt with qduickly

So our order did arrive eventually and we are very happy with the product. Phew! However the communication level with the supplier from purchase to delivery was very poor so hopefully this is something they improve in the future.

The shed was good and well made but the door height and internal cross beam are far too low. Any person over 5’6 will struggle not to hit their head either going in or when inside. This should either be changed or emphasised more in the sales particulars.shed now built so little I can do about it- real shame

Ordered some Spode Creatures of Curiosity china table ware and glass tumblers, which I had seen elsewhere at a more expensive price.
I was delighted when I saw them in the sale on Decaroo’s website.
The order was easy to place and delivered on the day it was promised. The packaging was amazing too.

Not received, contacted few times and they said they will update . Now I am worried about the money I have paid

Great service. My table arrived about 5 days early, fantastic price. I was over-charged for import VAT because customs decided to charge me VAT on the pre-sale price. However to reduce the hassle on my side of re-claiming, Decoroo refunded me the different in VAT. Overall, really impressed.

I would avoid Decoroo and I certainly won’t be using them again. Parcel arrived damaged a week ago!! Still no communication from them about a returns label. Not very helpful

Still waiting for the refunds. Phone number only take voicemails. They will never call you back. Fraud company!! I am filing Amex chargeback. I had enough. Do not place order with these frauds. You will regret.

Eton media unit. The unit itself is very good - nice design, solid construction. Colour representation poor. From different outlets I’ve seen the very same item given the colour description as ‘taupe’, prairie and sage. I’ve been assured it is the same colour, but the pictures of these look very different. I ordered taupe, the box was labelled as prairie, the item looks sage!

Very quick and easy, couldn't believe how fast the item was delivered, haven't put it together yet but I am pleased with your company
