The product is really great!
The product is really great and provides such a natural and fluid experience. I should've gotten this so much longer ago! Their customer support is also really really good! Since I had an issue with the battery that isn't working out of the box... They looked at my issue after sending in a video and decided to provide me with a 100% free new DelanClip under their warranty.

Had to return itemdue to known issue with App and ended up losing £17 compare to amazon where you get the full amount back. £17 is far too much to lose, will not buy again.

So, I went with the DelanClip because the Tobii tracker can only be mounted below the monitor, and it’s kinda bulky. Plus, whenever I mounted my yoke or had something in between the tracker and my head, the connection would just break. I also tried using my phone for head tracking, which was similar issue, but honestly, the DelanClip is way better for the price and performance.
With the DelanClip, I don’t have any of those issues anymore. The camera just mounts on the monitor, which is super convenient and doesn’t get in the way. One thing I really like is that I can turn the infrared lights off whenever I want, so I can toggle it on or off instantly when I need it. It’s super light, so I dont even notice it on my headset, and the camera is subtle and lightweight too. The build quality is phenomenal—it feels super sturdy and well-made. And honestly, the price is unbeatable. Overall, such a good buy—I’m really happy with it!

Great product , affordable head tracking
An affordable head tracking without compromise on the quality, sent pretty fast and well packaged , the velcro pad to fix the tracker on the headset were not so great so I had to use double face adhesive to make them work but the product itself is top notch

The Delan clip made the TrackIR Pro Clip look like an amateur! I coupled it with the Delan clip mount and it is amazingly easy to pull it out to charge. It was worth the money for me. I might even buy a second clip so I can have one charging and the other in use.

Great customer service
Got mine and used it for an hour. It turned out to have a hardware error and failed to work. I got in contact with their support and was sent a new one without needing to send back the old one. We sorted out the issue quickly and easily.

My Delan Clip Fusion work perfectly well. I had a software problem that has been resolved in 2 days (It was my fault not the Delan or the Camera). And the CEO took some time to explain me everything by mail, awesome customer service.
If i could put 6 stars instead of 5 i would do it !

Awesome piece of tech
Awesome piece of tech, even better customer service.
Software was a little tricky to setup on Linux, but with the help of Tomasz going above and beyond I'm thrilled with this tracker. To be fair, the software issues I faced were essentially out of delanclips control. Even so, Tomasz was beyond helpful in getting it working. Throughout our contact he was very thorough in his explanations and suggestions. He could've easily said "too bad" to me but continued helping me until we got the tracker working.
For context the issue I had took about 2 months of trying in my spare time before we got it working properly. I probably wouldn't have been able to get it working were it not for Tomasz.
Customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. The tracker is awesome too.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Also before buying delanclip, I've borrowed friends track ir5 kit, and delanclip is quite a step up from ir5, better range of motion (max angle of head) and easy tweaking via opentrack; had a lot of issues with jitter or stepped (discrete) motion using track ir software unable to fix it. Only issue I have that is specific to my setup (55 inch TV as a monitor in 1.5m or so) is FOV of the camera

Outstanding product and service
Just ordered a replacement for my trusty Delanclip that I originally ordered in 2019. After extensive use on DCS and FSX/FS2020 and outlasting a few sets of headphones.
Very happy with the product and it’s use,
Its description and the numerous setup videos on their website. Also very happy with the after sales service. If you are in any doubt about making the jump into an affordable and durable IR tracking system then this is it.
