We had a seamless sale with Delaney estates. Aisling, Ana and Avril kept us up to date on progress at all times. I would recommend them to anyone, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Delaney’s were the second estate agent we used and what a difference to our first experience! They were fantastic at all aspects of selling our house. Communication throughout was great. We also ended up being in a long chain and the staff were in communication with all the other estate agents and everyone’s solicitors which got us to the finish line. Flexible and supportive service from Delaney's in getting the property on the market. Marketing, viewing etc all very well managed and an offer was quickly received. The actual completion of the sale was when the team really came into their own and I genuinely believe that without the help and support of Jacqui we would not have got this over the line. Helping ourselves, the buyer and mortgage adviser maintain our sanity in the face of the most incompetent legal service that it's possible to imagine was crucial. Brilliant work.

We could not be happier with our experience with Delaney's! Upon looking at properties to rent John and Lee were our initial contacts in our moving process and they were extremely helpful to get the ball rolling and securing the property as smooth as possible making sure all the questions we had were answered in a timely manner.
We were then connected with the letting's team (Jo and Michelle) who helped us through all of our documentation and moving in logistics. There really are no words to describe how amazing and supportive Jo and Michelle have been right from the beginning and continuously through out tenancy so far. They are always on hand and willing to help with any issues or questions. We have no worries about anything to do with our tenancy as we always feel like we are in great hands.
We have worked with several letting agencies varying from companies in The Midlands to Central London and now Harold wood and we can truly say they are the best letting's team we've ever worked with!! If we could provide them with a higher rating we would!

Everyone says buying your first house is one of the most stressful things. Well, this might be true - but despite some incredibly trying situations, Jacqui at delaneys was fantastic throughout the buying process. She was always happy to answer my many questions, and took the initiative to help push the purchase through. Having her on my side kept me sane - thanks Jacqui!
