Great customer service!

I've ordered from Delli many times and always received amazing quality food that was well packaged and presented. Most recently there was an issue with my order that wasn't even Delli's fault and they were so helpful sorting it out, (shout out to Maya on the customer support team!) and the package arrived in great condition

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items - both showed as available, and payment taken. One item arrived unsealed - some of the product appeared to be nissing. The olive oil was then shown as out of stock - I received a refund for both items. The issue here is demand is outstripping the supply chain - and quality control appears lacking. The products I have previously tried are excellent - it’s just a shame and disappointing when you order stuff, get charged then a few days later receive an out of stuck notice.

Item lost, poor follow-up

Item lost in transit between DELLI and EVRI. Only notified after following up on a late order (10 days after placing order). No replacement delivery offered, and only 15% off next purchase as recompense. Poor show all round.

Ghosted despite previously confirming they wanted our products back in July!

Ghosted by Delli Numerous times despite email confirmation that they wanted to run with our product. And I quote from Arun Ray
"Arun from the DELLI Community Team here. Firstly, I just wanted to say a huge apology for the delay getting back to you. You were one of the very first to submit some samples to us and I think your email slipped through the cracks as we were getting the system up and running. We tasted your products and thought they were great!! However, we are currently in the midst of a huge operational change (we are moving to a 3PL warehouse) so we are not bringing on any new products until we are settled in! I hope this makes sense. Having said that, come the end of June we should be good to go and we would love to bring your products on then. I appreciate your patience with us and hope you're still keen to join the platform (come July)!'Poor communication, deliberately ignoring emails, no telephone number to ring and talk to them. Only reached out last time because they failed to reply after we sent them samples and then felt the need to reply due to my last trust pilot review. As a supplier I would not advise, there are several other specialist fine food websites that I am sure given the poor service that Delli have giving will soon catch them up! No excuse.

Some hard to find products in one place is really handy

The choice is very good, I am thoroughly enjoying the chilli garlic oil, it tastes really authentic. I love Superbon crisps anyway, I know how good they are and they are surprisingly hard to come by for a decent price. I was impressed by the packaging, I was concerned how a big of crisps would survive. Really nice packaging.

My main concern was the freshness of the coffee I ordered, the Triple Co. beans. There is no roast dates in the bag, and although they are vac sealed, these are not fresh beans. I'm struggling to get any kind of good extraction on them. I am running a Niche Zero and La Marzocco Line Micra. These beans don't extract or drink like they have been freshly roasted. Despite this, I have been impressed by the choice, website and ordering process.

Amazing and fast customer service

Order came very quick, I accidentally got given one wrong item in a deal of 3, but they rectified it and sent me out the correct one free of charge within a couple hours :)

Superb!

I signed up to the emails and got 10% discount which was great. I also requested to be notified when the croissant butter was back in stock, and when I was by text and email, I managed to order some. It was in my hands the next day. Superb communication, shipping and product. I will purchase from DELLI in a heartbeat.

Hop & Roll Sri Lankan powder

Have tried some great stuff from Delli recently. The best has been the Kool sauces and the wonderful Hop & Roll Sri Lankan black pork curry powder. The aromas take you to a bustling street market!
