Genuine osmosis products and fast shipping

I have ordered osmosis from the dermoi website multiple times now and they also have some good flash sales when i try and stock up. Items are always received with a couple of days.

I ordered the Eczema Shampoo- Never Received It

I ordered the Eczema Shampoo. I received a shipping email. The status of the shipping remained the same for 6+ days- label created carrier waiting for package.
I emailed Dermoia support and was told the packkagw was lost. I was told a second shipment a mage would be sent after I confirmed my shipping address. I confirmed the address and waited. I never received a new shipping number. I emailed an additional theee times, asking for an update. I received no reply.
I called the support number and left a message. I never received any callback. I still have no product. I have contested the transaction with my bank and I provided them with the emails.
It’s too bad because the shampoo is a game changer. But- it looks as though they cannot be trusted to deliver a paid for product and their customer service is nonexistent.
UPDATE: The business responded on THIS site. I find the timing interesting as my MULTIPLE emails to their support email and a voicemail left at their customer service number rendered no response. However, once a negative revew is posted, they reach out.
The product I reference (which they for some reason can't figure out unless I give the EXACT formal name) is Dermoia Organic Eczema and Psoriasis Shampoo.

I ordered yesterday order number 612971 for next day delivery for Obagi cleanser and toner. I got an email saying they had refunded me £3.49 randomly and then another email saying it had been despatched. The next day when I got my item I only received the toner?! So where is my cleanser? No communication whatsoever so far and if it was out of stock why didn’t they refund me the full amount or even tell me!! Don’t order

I never received my order.
Already emailed them and they responded after 13 days that the products I ordered are out of stock.

I mistakenly ordered a product twice, I reached out to the customer service guys and they went above and beyond to help! They refunded my second, mistaken product even though it is actually stuck in a postal centre somewhere! Can't fault them and I will be a return customer, thank you 😊

I ordered two creams but received only…

I ordered two creams but received only one. Inside the parcel there was a handwritten note saying that the missing product would be sent later — but it never was.

Despite waiting, I did not receive the second cream nor any proper explanation. This shows a lack of reliability and poor customer service.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. Be careful — you may not receive what you pay for.

Sadly I have still not received my order and have had no help from the customer service? I have now requested a refund as the goods and payment were taken on the 17.11.25? I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again, I will let you know how long the refund takes to receive!

Dreadful Dermoi

I googled a product called alteient c and up popped Dermoi showing a price if you used a code. I emailed, received my code and tried to buy at their advertised price. It wouldn’t accept the code. I complained, pointed out the issue and asked them to honour their pricing. They wouldn’t and, worse, accused me of “abusive behaviour”. Today, 3 days later they are still advertising the false price on google….

Dishonest and Deceptive Company – Avoid Dermoi

I ordered a luxury skincare product and never received a confirmation.
The next day, they emailed me saying my order was pending and offered 10% off if I completed it.

Believing my first order hadn’t gone through, I placed another with an additional product, only to discover I’d been charged twice. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation and request that the first order be cancelled before it was dispatched.

Rather than offering customer support or acknowledging the issue with their system, they blamed a supposed problem with my email address and went ahead to process both orders, completely ignoring my request, and eventually stopped responding.
If my email didn’t work, how did they email me urging me to buy more?

They seem to think they are smarter than their customers, but by being deceptive and greedy, they’ve only lost future business.

This company is either incompetent or deliberately deceitful. Either way, they’ve lost a customer for good.

Before I take further steps to protect my consumer rights, I want to warn others: spend your hard-earned money with trustworthy companies, not one that plays games with customers. Other reviewers have reported the same experience, so this is clearly not a coincidence.

Great Customer Service
