Great service I ordered a pair of ray bans the ordering possess was easy and they kept me up to date on my order I'd recommend designer glasses 100%.

They will charge you £ 25 for a return ! Why !
That’s a non justified apart from ripping off customers..
Can you justify these charges ?!
Other traders won’t charge a penny for returns , some of them provide a free return too .

I saw some cazal glasses on the website and phoned up to purchase my order, I was served by Nicky, what a wonderful cheerful person to be greeted by, nothing was to much bother, insightful, helpful, and very affable she made the experience an absolute pleasure, I wish all purchases were this good, I received my glasses in 24 hours and they are perfect thanks for your great service I will definitely use again

I can't recommend Designer Glasses enough - I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the start of March and had some issues with the website. Nicky was so helpful and quickly resolved these issues so that I was able to place my order the next day. Even though the frame was out of stock when I ordered and I was advised it could take up to 8 weeks for the glasses to arrive, they came 3 weeks later and I love them! Probably the best customer service I have ever received!

I spoke to Nicky right from the start. She was so so helpful which in this day and age is becoming rare. She went out of her way to (as first port of call on behalf of the company) make me feel so welcome and appreciative of my enquiry into purchasing my special glasses and closing to deal with your company. She was so professional and put me at ease immediately giving me full trust in your company and the purchase of your goods. Throughout I was guided and helped to chose my glasses and am so pleased to say I am so exstastic with them. I love them.
There were a few issues, not Nickys' but the delivery from suppliers but these things happen. Throughout she endured to chase and update until I received my order.
As a retired HR Officer/Manager I can honestly say that I would have her on my team any day. See fulfilled employment law complying to the customers' needs and supported her company fully. She is a total credit and I hope the company will recognise this and award her.

Amazing service from start to finish. I'm not going to lie, this was the 5th glasses website I contacted for a pair of Gucci glasses and the difference in customer service set designer glasses.co.uk apart from the rest. Nicky was so friendly and helpful, I cannot thank her enough. As my prescription was not as straight forward as most she explained how I could order and the extra costs involved which were considerably lower than the other providers. Finally, as my glasses were out of stock she explained it would be a 4-6 week wait, which I was happy to wait. My glasses arrived in under 2 weeks and they are beautiful. I will definitely be using designer glasses for all future glasses. Thank you 😊

I've never purchased glasses online before, but on research I could save over half the price compared to the high street so it was a no brainer! It took a bit longer for my glasses to arrive, but on speaking with Nicky she advised there were issues due to Brexit which couldn't be helped. My glasses arrived a week later and I'm so happy with them! I will definitely recommend DG to my friends and family....I'm now on the look out for some sunglasses :)

I am now the delighted owner of a brand new pair of Maui Jim sunnies. They are wonderful!
I love Maui Jim's anyway but these are really lovely. The polarised lenses cannot be bettered in my opinion.

What an amazing company I have never had prescription lenses glasses arrive so fast even from the high street brands such as spec savers. Got a pair of Tiffany’s glasses they are beautiful. Kept up to date on location of glasses. Ordered glasses Sunday had them Friday morning!

I rang up & Nicky was super helpful & friendly, she said the glasses frames I was ordering online weren’t in stock so went to check delivery timescale & rang me back straight away. Then I placed my order & she noticed I had put my email address wrong so she forwarded it to me! The glasses arrived well within the indicated timeframe & are perfect. So reasonably priced too

Ordered some Gucci glasses that I couldn’t find available anywhere else. After I had ordered them I got an email saying they were discontinued and unavailable.. however a member of staff got in contact to say that they had sourced them from the Gucci rep which I thought was fantastic. Unfortunately they didn’t suit me but the returns process was just as easy with refund processed efficiently and brilliant telephone manner from the staff. Would order more glasses again from you guys thank you
