An enormous amount of choice on website. Great delivery and we had a roll over which we were able to return.

The communication could have been better. When I ordered the system was showing as “in stock” however I had to ring them to see where my order was. I was told that they would have to print it. I had to make a second call to see where my order was only to be advised that when it was printed the colours were not correct so they had to reprint it. It would have been more professional if they had contacted me to advise of the delay and the reason for the delay.
Saying all that I was so pleased with my paper that I would use the again, as well as recommend them.

Magical wallpaper
The wallpaper I purchased (La Rotonda, Scene I and Scene II) is absolutely gorgeous. I have had my eye on the this particular design for a while and noticing that it was in the sale prompted me to buy now even though I am not quire ready to use it. I am so glad I did as the real thing does not disappoint - it is magical, giving the impression of an old faded Italian villa. I purchased two rolls of one design colourway and one roll of the other - they are intended to work together. I am not covering the whole of the main bedroom with this design - less is more in my view. The effect will be as though the old house is peaking though. This is a theme in my apartment, which occupies the top floor of an old Victorian house with vaulted ceilings throughout.

Your approach of using "less is more" with such a statement design is spot-on, and we can already picture how stunning it will look in your Victorian apartment with those beautiful vaulted ceilings. False stock levels, poor communication, disingenuous staff.
‘Next day delivery’ available on this item, ordered on the 4th of June.
It’s the 19th and still nothing. No email. No apology. No update. Just a reply to my query as to where my order was with a lie - “we left you a voicemail”. There is no voicemail facility on my phone.
Sadly, despite the good reviews, I won’t be back. It’s been shambolic from start to finish.

Incredibly unprofessional behaviour from a person who seems to be offended that a customer might expect their business to deliver on their promises.
“I dialled the wrong number” is their genuine reason for not getting in touch with details of the delay to my order.
