Cheapest website and promp delivery.

Very prompt delivery service and easy to use online website. I'd looked at this paper on other sites and designer wallpaper were the cheapest.
I am so pleased with the colour and pattern of my Nina Campbell Foret washable wallpaper. Everyone says how stunning it looks.
The only downside is the decorator found the pattern repeat to be very long and matching up the shorter pieces was tricky. This hasn't put me off rating the product 5* as the wallpaper looks great.

Lovely high quality paper but rather late

Really high quality paper ordered which had a 7 to 10 day lead time and arrived after that. Customer service got a little confused with where it was but it arrived and looks great. Next time I would order before my decorator arrives.

missing order

I placed my order which you accepted , but you did nt have enough rolls in stock , and the wallpaper was discontinued . After 10 days of patiently waiting i had to phone you to find out what had happened to my order . Disappointing . I will not use this company again

First, we should never have accepted an order for stock we couldn't fulfil. The discontinuation of the wallpaper should have been communicated to you immediately, not after 10 days of silence. Most importantly, you shouldn't have had to contact us for an update—that responsibility was ours.

We've reviewed our inventory management and communication procedures to prevent similar situations in the future. We're implementing a new system that verifies stock availability before order confirmation and automatically notifies customers about any issues.
While we understand your decision not to use our services again, we'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience.

A bad experience!

The wallpaper I ordered for a client was not sent out by the supplier. This was not noticed or flagged by Designer Wallpapers. I had to chase the order more than two weeks later when I found out it wasn't on site. Then they didn't have enough in stock to fulfil the order so we had to wait again. Then they sent one roll while we waited for the other one which was out of stock. The first roll went to site, but the second was then sent to our billing address instead, which had never been listed anywhere as a delivery address. We had to arrange for someone to travel nearly an hour to collect the roll and bring it to site. I communicated all of this with the team and the response was that their eyesight isn't what it used to be and, in order to get anything back for all of these inconveniences, we would've needed to send over a a receipt for the postage of the item to site. Well we didn't post it, but that doesn't mean we weren't out of pocket. Then, to top it all off, the wallpaper has a very very thin white border, so now that it's been fitted you can see lines between the panels (the background of the wallpaper is dark blue, so it's very obvious). It's a real shame that we've had all these issues. While the team did work quickly to get us the shipments when they realised they hadn't been sent, I'm still not satisfied at all with how this order went.
