Robust design and easy to use. My physiotherapist recommended this particular unit for exactly these reasons and she wasn't wrong. I like the handy carrying case that keeps all.the components together.

The product was not fit for (my) purpose.
Firstly, the product failed miserably to absorb the amount of urine I produce due to my incontinence. The pouches became saturated within a few hours of putting them on. They seem to be effective only for mild or light incontinence which was not made clear to me.
Secondly, despite the the claim that the method of holding the pouches in place with the strip of strong adhesive was effective, I found it impossible to keep them on for even a very short time, having to adjust them frequently and, at times, in awkward embarrassing places and situations.
Unfortunately, I purchased the offer of 96 pouches, 90 of them of no use to me at all.
It would be most appreciated, if by returning 5 unopened boxes of the 6 I received, I could be refunded some of the amount I paid for the product.

Bought this to replace an older model. The + and - buttons seem to work slightly differently. To raise the ‘strength’ on a multi program when it gets to 67 you have to go down to 66 and then up to 90. Totally unnecessary in my opinion.
