I was so excited about getting my rotors and brakes with a free 2 day shipping! However 2 days later I was trying to track it and it had not moved from labeling. Mind you I was preparing for a 10 vacation right after I was supposed to get the car fixed. So I called the customer service line to find out what’s was going on. The gentleman that I spoke with was very rude and said your parts aren’t even going to be sent out until Monday of the following week which would have been a week after I ordered them. I then asked him when were they gonna notify me and that was out of the timeframe that I needed it he said sorry I asked him to cancel my order and he said he couldn’t that once they were delivered then I could send them back and then I could cancel. I asked to speak with a manager, he said sorry we can’t do that either. Somebody can reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours. Customer service horrible lies on their website for two day shipping liars! Don’t ever do business with them I won’t!

They tell you lies say they say shipped when they didn't,tell you when you should receive it don't even ship y then, if you need it quick the say fast and free 2 day shipping boy that's a joke slow and 7 day shipping.Find somewhere else where they don't lie to you and talk just to hear themself.

I got my first steering rack from detroit axle two years ago and it started to leak( I paid $800 labor to put the on)so it broke, then I got the second one from you once again I paid $800 to put that one on, that one lasted three months and started leaking again, now here is the thing you sent me a third steering rack it only lasted three months before it started leaking ( I paid $699 to put that one on ( I ask the repair shop for a brake this time, so they charged me $699 instead of $800 for labor ( your agent would not give me another one to replace this one so it is still on the car, I had to use some strong stop leak on this one, so far it is holding, but I don't no when it's going to give away from the stop leak, I lost a lot of money over these racks, I got proof all this happened, I thought detroit axle was the best until this happened...

Easy quick response and solution

Have used this company several times as a supplier and have always been satisfied. Quality parts at competetive prices, shipped on time. That's all I can ask for.

I purchased rotors brake cylinders brake shoes n brake pads well they sent me the wrong parts except the brake cylinders so when I contacted customer service the person was rude said I would have to pay shipping so the rotors was 98 dollars they sent me 47 dollars and all the other parts I got nothing cause they said put them all in one box this has been a very bad experience and I will never order from this company again I order thousands of dollars parts every year but it will not b from this company

Avoid Detroit Axle! Terrible service and lost packages.I placed an order on August 14th. Four days later, FedEx still hadn't received the package. I called customer service and was told the warehouse lost my items, but a replacement would be shipped. Fast forward to August 24th: still no package, and no updates.I’ve had to call them daily. Their excuse for the radio silence was that they were sending texts to a business landline that doesn't accept texts. When they finally emailed me a new tracking number, it was a duplicate of the first—FedEx still has nothing. I am canceling my order for a full refund. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and completely outsourced, useless customer service.

Ordered sway bar links, a CV axle, and lower control arm from Detroit. EVERY part they sent me was the wrong part (some weren’t even the right type of part… I got tie rod ends for a totally different car).

When I returned the parts they refused to refund my money, saying the parts had been used. They weren’t even parts for a car I own! I had no way of using them. Aside from some greasy fingerprints from trying to install the part before realizing it was incorrect, they part was returned exactly how i received it.

When I contacted customer service about it after weeks of not receiving a refund, they hung up on me when I told them this.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are straight up scammers who will steal your money.

I ordered a complete brake kit. Rotors and all parts needed. For an 02 jeep cherokee. The parts arrived next day , which is super fast. And they all fit, braking is as smooth as silk.

Wrong part and obviously used

The process or ordering online is very easy. There are lots of options for my vehicle and they want to assure you are ordering the right parts for your vehicle. The prices are very competative and 2-day free shipping is great. This is my third time ordering parts and I will order again in the future.

Great customer service, friendly and when using the live chat, I got a representative named Anthony who helped me with all my inquiries and answered any questions I had. Was put at ease and wish I had found Detroitaxle sooner. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

I purchased these struts expecting the company to stand behind the quality of its product. Unfortunately, when I experienced a problem and contacted the company for assistance, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Rather than standing behind their struts and working toward a reasonable solution, the company refused to take responsibility for the issue. Based on my experience, I would not purchase these struts again. A warranty and customer service are only valuable when a company is willing to stand behind the products it sells.

I recommend that anyone considering these struts carefully review the warranty terms and understand exactly what the company will and will not cover before purchasing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service rep that I had. His name was Nik Wayne and he ultimately got my part replaced and my warranty replaced both for free because the part that I bought blew a seal. He and I north feel that a part under warranty should also cover the warranty on the next part and shipping should also be waived and he was responsible for keeping a customer today otherwise I would have just returned the part and bought elsewhere! As a michigan native when I found detroit axle on ebay about 8 years ago I ordered some wheel bearings for my winter plow truck, I was skeptical the price beat every part store around so how good could they really be? Turns out they outlasted the truck. I have been a customer with them after that first transaction they have a great support staff and are always fast and helpful (free 2 day shipping) is always a plus. Take it from me i have ordered brakes suspension components steering parts and more and Detroit Axle has NEVER disappointed once. Do not be confused by the date detroit axle has been on ebay for years

They are AWESOME. I called customer service about refund I found out I ordered wrong part. They start telling me I have to pay shipping and restocking fee I got angry and hung up. Waited few days then called I was calmer but still thinking I wil be lucky if I get half my money back. They waived the restocking fee and only charge me 19.97 in return shipping AWESOME.
