BUYER BEWARE !! I Bought some struts for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali they're magneride strut assemblies that wear out after 10,000 miles, they warrantied a set that now has lasted only 6 months now they tell me the warranty is no good.. I will never order struts from them ever again they are an American company selling cheap parts. Garbage !! At one time they used to be a good reputable company not no more, someone who does not stand behind their product is someone I do not want to do business with. Hopefully I save some of you from getting the shaft like I did..

2011 Toyota Sienna suspension replacement
Ordered in a lot of parts to rebuild a Toyota suspension system and really needed their help base on price and also based on the vehicle has "high" mileage. On paper, their warranty looks amazing. So, hopefully the good word can get around and keep some of the great older vehicles working well. I haven't yet installed the parts. Hoping they work well.

Was sent the wrong part
Was sent the wrong part, didnot fit my vehicle. Contacted detroit axle and explained what was going on and I sent photos of the old part and of the new part. After a short conversation with a service rep the problem was identified and they sent me a shipping lable for fed ex and promised a refund in a timely manner. Thanks for the prompt reaction and superb representatives interaction with the issue. again thanks.

I had reached out to customer service using their chat feature twice. Both times it was quick and easy to navigate, the representative, Morgan, was polite and very helpful. My original order was delivered quickly and with no issues. I did order a wrong part and the return process was simple. Def recommend!!

Mr Harvey from Michigan is the REAL Superman
There are not enough Stars to award Mr Harvey from Michigan. His customer service is Paramount to all the rest. I am a shop owner in a long time loyal customer of Detroit actually and their Superior parts at bargain discount prices. But this review is specifically for Mr Harvey from Michigan and his Superior customer service skills. Mr Harvey went above and beyond when the prior employee hung up on me. Not only was my order resolved but it was handled with the utmost care attention and quality customer service. If Mr Harvey would like to come on down to Texas I would definitely hire him out from under Detroit axle. I highly suggest that Mr Harvey from Michigan be praised in front of his coworkers as well as offered a minimum of $5 raise. He is worth far more than that.
