Frf-ex has messed up their delivery multiple times
Honestly, your products are usually wonderful. However, every single time you use FedEx they mess up the delivery, this time I only received one of the 2 boxes. The other box is sitting in a warehouse somewhere with no updated delivery date. My recommendation would be find a new shipper.

Defective steering rack and pinion
I installed a steering rack and pinion from Detroit Axle for my 05 Honda Accord. Within 2 weeks I noticed leakage from the steering input shaft seal. I contacted them and sent pics clearly showing the leak. They asked me if I had sent them the core. The core was never requested. Because I had not returned my CORE they initially denied my refund for their defective part. The $172 cost of this part is irrelevant compared with the time & effort to install it. I updated this review on 8/28/2026 to increase the star rating to 2 because they did refund my purchase price after I returned their part. The warranty mgr Eddie was very reasonable and wanted to make it right. I would give him 5 stars if I could. But overall I gave the overall rating 2 because this repair took an extra 12 hours due to a defective part that likely was never leak tested.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, first my package was delayed,I waited until second expected date. A whole week past for them to recognize my package was lost in a whole another state. When they recognized my package was lost, refused to refund my money until they received a package that was missing and never delivered. Any finally almost two weeks later got a refund and but for a less amount. They argue they had calculated wrong. When I have them recorded on call ,when they break down all the parts never arrived and calculate that with taxes and everything.
