I placed an order for £134.00 worth of items on the 05th July 2021, and have had zero update since then! I have placed orders with companies previously that have taken months to come, so I assumed this may be the case, but due to the time frame I decided to follow up, only to find out the company have gone bust, and have neglected to contact anyone who had previously placed an order. I have tried to e-mail the company, and was met with an e-mail to tell me the address no longer works. I want my money returned at the earliest; is there anyone who can assist, or who has a direct e-mail to anyone taking care of refunds?

I never received my order, they charged me £54.59 and then closed the company! You’re clearly seeing the reviews so please refund me.
Close and no communication for £120+ Nov order
I just came to know that they’re closed. I have gotten no communication whatsoever about this from the company after my £120+ Order in November. I’ve been chasing them about an update since then.
I’ve written over 5 emails to them asking to check my order, no response.ironically they keep sending me email to REVIEW THE ORDER. There’s no customer service to call to either it’s so frustrating. If they’re checking the comments here, can someone please initiate my order.

Terrible. had a 2 month battle to try and get my item and or a refund and every single request has been ignored. They have since blocked me on Instagram after i tried to private message them as my emails weren't being responded to. Have had to contact citizens advice and trading standards.

Failed to refund
I received a notification from Paypal that a refund was being processed on 16 December but six days later received another one that it has been cancelled. No response from Dexter & Fox and their social media and website is now down, so I guess they have folded and I'm out over £100!

I am in the same position as the majority of people who have not received their order nor had an reply. On 20/11/21 I ordered 2 storage jars and received a confirmation e mail and order number DF4913.
I sent further e mails on 20/11/21 and 5/12/21 asking about my order; I also complained about their customer service as I received no reply from them.
On learning that the business has closed I hope to receive a refund.

Order placed in Nov but no update/refund.... I have placed an order on the 3 Nov, order paid. I then contacted the company twice (2 Dec and 11 Dec) however still no feedback. I have just checked their website today and realized that the company have now closed. How is the refund done, is there an email to contact? Really disappointed

Would give no stars if possible. Did a 'pre-order' on 4th December for item to be dispatched on 10th. Nothing received and no reply to update request by email on 16th. Today I checked details on Companies House to find the sole director/shareholder has resigned with effect 15th December. Will keep checking in case he decides to try winding up company or applies for it to be struck off.

Sadly, my experience of Dexter and Fox is similar to many others here. Ordered a floor cushion from them. Never arrived. Multiple emails, no responses. Eventually after searching reviews I found a different email address and happy days, received a response. Unfortunately it was very unprofessional, blaming the the unreceived item on a friend who was "watching the business" while the owner was on holiday. It was ridiculous exchange of emails and I eventually received a refund after curtly being reminded that the refund "policy" allows them 14 days to return my money. Cheek! This is essentially a warehousing operation seemingly run by a one man band with very little understanding of customer service who tries to guilt trip customers into supporting his "independent owner operated small business". I will never shop here again.

Avoid this company!
Avoid this company! I placed an order on 12th November. Supposedly dispatched but Hermes have never received it. I've sent emails to which I haven't had a response and I sent an enquiry through PayPal which has been ignored. I'm very shocked at the curt and unprofessional responses they have written on here. Quite unbelievable. Please refund my money and I'll be sure to never order from you again.

I purchased 2 cushions which were not the size described on the website. Returned them eventually after chasing 3 times for return label and weeks later still waiting for £59 refund. No replies to emails. Would advise to stay clear!

Terrible avoid company it's a scam!!! Ordered 27th of Nov in black Friday sales. No email confirmation. No shipping details. No products ever delivered. No contact number to call and emailed them 4 x with no response! Gutted as a lot of unnecessary stress before Christmas

Ordered on the 28th of November express 1-2 days delivery, 12 days later I’m still waiting for my order. I’ve emailed, Dm’ed and commented on their Instagram but no response so I’m guessing the order is not coming. Unfortunately I’ve had to share my experience in the hopes on getting a response to see where it is or get a refund.
If I'd avoid anything more than a novel respiratory virus it'd be buying something from this "retailer"
Unfortunately my unacceptable experience is identical to Munirah's below. Items not dispatched, no response to emails.
Their website currently states Christmas is coming, enticing you to buy gifts. Tellingly it doesn't state which Christmas they're referring to. Judging by my experience it won't be this year, that's if you get your purchase at all.
Disappointing
Ordered on 10/11/21, received an email on 11/11/21 to say it had been despatched. When I check the tracking info with Hermes, it states the package is yet to be received by them. Sent 3 emails chasing this up but received nothing. Been well over 72 hours. Read reviews stating the website is down but seems to be up right now. I have only left it this long as I really wanted to support a small business but with the lack of communication I’ve had and the other damaging reviews I have read, I think I’d rather go elsewhere.

Would AVOID this company as their is no customer service! Ordered goods Nov 9th with 3-5days delivery when no delivery, I have sent 4 emails and messaged on Insta got one reply from Elliot to say he doesn’t work weekends and would reply during the week but this is over a week ago and no reply at all from this company. 3 weeks now still no idea if I’ll get my cushions, have requested a refund which has also been ignored so will need to go through credit card company. So I find it very surprising if not false that there are reviews on here 20hours ago that Elliot has replied to but hasn’t replied to me in 3 weeks

I find very interesting that you can reply to this review within a few hours but not to any emails in 2 weeks
