Terrible!
I would rate them zero if I could.
I ordered a bamboo lantern which was in stock at the time of my purchase. They took my money and that was the end of it. After 17 days I received an email saying my item had been shipped. 31 days later Couriers Tracking number still says they are waiting to receive the item from the sender.
I’ve written to the customer services team twice and have not heard anything back. Stay away from this company. Not worth the hassle.
I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute. Luckily my credit card company refunded my money straight away.

Amazing vase and lovely seller. Thanks for keeping me informed . Took a little while to arrive but given current circumstances with Covid it was no big deal. Seller kept me informed and the vase is so lovely and stylish. All in all - a super experience !

I’ve bought from Dexter and Fox three, if not, four times now and can’t recommend them enough. Their products are well made, on trend, look exactly like they are advertised and are reasonably priced. In one order, the products arrived separately, with one product arriving a little later than expected, however the team were incredibly responsive and assuring when I contacted them. I’d buy from these guys again, and again. Love their things!

Although I waited over a month to get my order, and the items were not as displayed at all, the seller was cooperative and refunded me half the price I paid for the delay.

Some brilliant prints in a good variety of sizes and great quality. Purchased the Kardashian Body Art Design Vase however and was very disappointed. The website gives no sizes, and it arrived in a small box and is smaller than a beer bottle! The pictures used falsely represent the size and also make the texture of the product look smooth and almost glazed. In reality it porous and grainy, not at all like the pictures.

26/04 Ordered the retro round iron tray with handles at the beginning of April and still not received the item. Emailed to chase the delivery last week and haven't had any communication - very frustrating that no one has been in contact!

Update 27/04 - received a quick refund from Elliot due to my item being lost in transit. Good communication to get that sorted. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service - I ordered a item and they were able to send it out the same day as it was a gift. Not only that I enquired about a product which they responded to within an hour and gave me all the details I needed. Would definitely recommend them, cannot praise their customer service highly enough and really unusual pieces which is fab! Thank you Elliott at Dexter and Fox

I received my order in good time and the vase itself is so beautiful and well made, exactly as per the details and images online, so I’m really happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Tom Ford book that also opens up into storage. It looks beautiful on my new unit and is very reasonably priced compared to others online. I am happy with the quality and the look of the book. Thank you.

13/2/20 I have just received item, it was packaged very well and is of very good quality of which I have given 5 stars , the fault lies with Royal Mail as their address label was incomplete , I am happy with the product , but sadly shall not use this company again as I was very upset with the comments made to me .

How Dare you make such a statement my review should be disregarded and I have supplied false information and by this you have just proved the inadequacy of your dealings as a company in totally disregarding the views of your consumer who placed an order in good faith , didn't receive that order and had the right to review their disappointment , you have displayed exceptional rudeness in your reply especially when I stated , even though you disregarded i shall repeat
what I previously stated " I would not wish to harm a small business " but by
the looks of it you have
done a perfectly good job of that yourself in your exceptionally rude handling of the matter.
I look forward to receiving my refund and no further dealings with such a rude company .

Link for tracking did not work , I tried several times to activate it , I was extremely unhappy as I was so looking forward to receiving my order then next thing I know is my parcel was returned , I DO NOT understand how address would be wrong as this house is detached , not a flat etc and also I take no pleasure whatsoever in "harming a small business" and maybe if that small business had ensured link for parcel was sent adequately then this would not have happened .
