Had issues with the articles I received and Tony immediately resolved the situation, and offered multiple options for me. If you ever find that emails aren’t getting through, try DMing on social media. I was losing faith until I tried this and now I obviously feel better haha

My black dfyne flares ripped at the seam. I was advised to message dfyne on instagram. Katie instantly replied and helped me immediately. They gave me the option to order a new pair of the flares for me or offer me a voucher.

I love this store, I had a minor problem with an item and Shani was wonderful and helped me with the questions I had. The clothes from this store are so flattering, 100% recommend!

I had received a pair of Impact Flares that had a rip in the seam, so I had emailed customer service and a lovely lady named Khloe F helped me through the process and has resolved my problem by issuing me a gift card to get a new pair sent to me! Was such an easy process and she replied very quickly and was so helpful!!
