Love love love this company! Super fast shipping and top quality products! I have ordered several times and have never had a problem until my most recent order where I was shipped the wrong product. HOWEVER, the problem was addressed and corrected within 48 hrs by Khloe F. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Couldn’t be happier with the company and customer service!

I had a really great experience with DFYNE’s customer service. I received a response to my email very quickly, and they provided helpful solutions that suited me perfectly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them to resolve.
I was in contact with Nash from customer service, and she replied quickly between each email and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the customer service and how they handled my situation ❤️

I order a shirt from dfyne and i absolutely loved it! Had it for a couple weeks my brand new puppy chewed it up and was so upset. I texted dfyne and they answered me with in 2 hours.
