Love love love this company

Love love love this company! Super fast shipping and top quality products! I have ordered several times and have never had a problem until my most recent order where I was shipped the wrong product. HOWEVER, the problem was addressed and corrected within 48 hrs by Khloe F. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Couldn’t be happier with the company and customer service!

I had a really great experience witt customer service

I had a really great experience with DFYNE’s customer service. I received a response to my email very quickly, and they provided helpful solutions that suited me perfectly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them to resolve.

I was in contact with Nash from customer service, and she replied quickly between each email and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the customer service and how they handled my situation ❤️

katie helped me right away! she responded to my message in under a couple hours abt my missing shirts. she then sent out the shirts that were missing in less then a day. thank you katie!

I order a shirt from dfyne and i…

I order a shirt from dfyne and i absolutely loved it! Had it for a couple weeks my brand new puppy chewed it up and was so upset. I texted dfyne and they answered me with in 2 hours. Tony is the one that helped me and he did amazing he answered me quick and was so nice and gave me a couple options on how he could help me!

Amazing - thank you Nicole!

I cannot thank Nicole enough for helping me!

I contacted DFYNE as I ordered some of the impact flares but they ripped on the first wear as the stitching was faulty.

Nicole contacted me, and has had a new pair sent to me! Absolutely amazing customer service, and I couldn’t be more grateful - I love DFYNE’s clothing and this was clearly just one faulty item and Nicole handled it brilliantly. Again, thank you SO much 💞⭐️

The shorts I ordered came damaged , I contacted Dfyne via instagram dm and spoke to Katie. She was so helpful and lovely! She helped solve the issue in a timely many without any difficulties!

I have shopped with dfyne for just over…

I have shopped with dfyne for just over two years now, every time a pair has ripped I’ve been sent a new one out with no issue. This time Adele has been even more amazing and offered me a replacement or gift card of that amount meaning I can choose a whole other pair if I wished. 10/10 brand
