I had an issue with an item I have just bought and I was waiting on an email. It got to 5 days with no reply, so I privately messaged them on instagram to see if anyone could help me with this.
Turns out they had sent me an email I just didn’t receive this. However with Tony’s great help and quick response time we were able to resolve all my issues as he was so accommodating and just all around great.

I had a small Hole in my Dfyne orgin flair pants. I wrote to Dfyne and Got in contact with Andy, who was super helpfull. He helped me so much, and was super sweet. Some of the best costumer service i have ever gotten. I would highly recomend Dfyne for many reasons

I’ve had a couple minor issues with quality on DFYNE recently and Marli has quickly resolved those issues in the best way each time! I’ve found the best way to contact DFYNE is through Instagram dm and that’s where Marli has always been there to help. I love DFYNE down and own thousands worth of it at this point. I have had some issues with my orders and both times customer service has been responsive, understanding and immediately resolved the issues. This second time around, Nicole handled my order and she was wonderful to work with. I have heard some “horror” stories with Dfyne’s customer service, however, that has not been my experience and I will continue to purchase from them!

I was trying to source an out of stock hoodie for my daughter’s birthday. I reached out via instagram on the hope someone may answer. I was really surprised that Marli even answered, never mind tried to help me. I am still unfortunately unable to get hold of the hoodie but I know Marli has tried her best and been a real advocate for your Brand.
