I had a small issue with my Flare…

I had a small issue with my Flare Vision leggings, as there was a hole at the scrunch. I contacted customer service and shortly after received help from Ross M. He immediately sent me a Gift card, which I really appreciated.

I recently placed an order as i have…

I recently placed an order as i have been wanting to treat myself. Although through this order i had received one of the wrong items, Brooke was amazing in correcting it. Not only Did she let me keep the wrong item sent but also resent the item i was missing. One of the greatest Customer service i have received.

Great customer service

I had an issue with an item I have just bought and I was waiting on an email. It got to 5 days with no reply, so I privately messaged them on instagram to see if anyone could help me with this.
Turns out they had sent me an email I just didn’t receive this. However with Tony’s great help and quick response time we were able to resolve all my issues as he was so accommodating and just all around great.
Thank you so much Tony you are a superstar :)

I had a small Hole in my Dfyne orgin flair pants. I wrote to Dfyne and Got in contact with Andy, who was super helpfull. He helped me so much, and was super sweet. Some of the best costumer service i have ever gotten. I would highly recomend Dfyne for many reasons

My issue was immediately taken care of!

My recent order came with some issues that were concerning, however, Shani at DFYNE’s customer service immediately took care of it for me! She responded in such timely manner and carefully followed through regarding my issue and suggested multiple types of compensation/assistance regarding my case.

I had a great experience with DFYNE’s…

I had a great experience with DFYNE’s customer service. They were super responsive, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. I needed a replacement, and it was handled quickly and professionally with clear communication every step of the way.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with their service and how well they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Tony

I had a really great experience with DFYNE’s customer service.

I received a defective item in my order, but the team handled everything so professionally and quickly. I was especially helped by Tony, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process.

He made everything really easy and stress-free, offering a solution straight away and making sure I was taken care of. It honestly made a big difference.

Customer service / Marli

I’ve had a couple minor issues with quality on DFYNE recently and Marli has quickly resolved those issues in the best way each time! I’ve found the best way to contact DFYNE is through Instagram dm and that’s where Marli has always been there to help. I love DFYNE down and own thousands worth of it at this point. Their customer service has always been the best to me! Will forever recommend this brand!

Tony’s customer service really was top notch, timely and kind!
I never complain or reach out to companies but given how expensive the products are, definitely reach out because it’s worth it, & they will actually help you!

I have had some issues with my orders…

I have had some issues with my orders and both times customer service has been responsive, understanding and immediately resolved the issues. This second time around, Nicole handled my order and she was wonderful to work with. I have heard some “horror” stories with Dfyne’s customer service, however, that has not been my experience and I will continue to purchase from them!

I was trying to source an out of stock…

I was trying to source an out of stock hoodie for my daughter’s birthday. I reached out via instagram on the hope someone may answer. I was really surprised that Marli even answered, never mind tried to help me. I am still unfortunately unable to get hold of the hoodie but I know Marli has tried her best and been a real advocate for your Brand.

Tony made my experience very good

Tony made my experience very good and helpful. He connected me back fast and efficiently. A pair of my leggings came ripped and he helped me with sending me a gift card to re-order the leggings which I found very helpful. Really good customer service from dfyne!
