DIA Studios was so helpful, when I accidently gave them the wrong size. They sent new one out and what can I say, they fit perfectly, they are so comfortable, I absolutely love them ❤️

Extremely Disappointed , Poor Quality and Unfair Return Policy

I purchased two pairs of boots from DIA Studios. Delivery came very quickly but the boots didn’t fit and more disappointingly, the quality was nothing like what was shown online. They looked quite cheap and were absolutely not worth the £75 price tag.
I used Klarna for the purchase, as I prefer to see the items first, especially with unfamiliar retailers. Unfortunately, returning the items turned out to be even more frustrating. I expected to pay for the return postage (£10.79), but was shocked to also have £9.50 deducted from my refund. Only after digging into the small print did I find they charge £2 per pair (or £3 for two) plus an additional 5% deduction for Klarna orders.
This information was not clearly presented at checkout and feels intentionally misleading. In total, I’ve lost around £20 with nothing to show for it. I was willing to pay for return shipping, but additional deductions for unclear reasons are unacceptable.
DIA Studios gets paid in full through Klarna and still penalize customers heavily for returns, there’s no reason the customer should be out of pocket to this extent.
I won’t be purchasing from DIA Studios again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. What looks good online may not reflect reality, and if you need to return something, you may find yourself paying a high price for the mistake.

Products - fantastic, visual, quality and comfort. I have a few Dia Studio boots now because of the comfort level and support on the ankle. Only pair of boots I've unfortunately had an issue with is the Christina's, they looks perfect but unfortunately the sole is very thin and I've having to see if I can have it replaced. Anything I seem to step on you can feel.
Customer service - 10/10 everyone is fantastic and extremely helpful including the tiktok live girls. They have all been very kind! Forever a returning customer

Design concepts are pretty but awful. I bought 3 pairs in different colours and sizes as a new customer; none of them fit
Then Charging me to 1. Send them back 2. Postage for sending them back 3. Making the consumer soak up the 5% Klarna fee. Boots I’ve got from BooHoo for £18 are way nicer. Don’t waste your time (or money)

When I opened the box I thought they looked secound hand and old as fabric seemed quite rippled and thin. Also a lot less long then appear on photos in my opinion. The first pair I bought were quite comfortable but these ones hurt. They are warm though and the colours are excellent and the lower half of the shoe seems great.

OMG my Taylor wide calf boots just arrived and I'm on love!
For context I saw them months ago but they were sold out. Then I saw the TikTok live on Wednesday, and they were sparkling away. I asked the lovely presenter to show them, and she gave me sizing tips. I then explained that I wanted them for my wedding. She was so happy and enthusiastic it was wonderful. I didn't think I could afford them, but threw caution to the wind and ordered them(who needs to buy food anyway, lol) and I'm so glad I did. They are so perfect I cried. The colour is spot on for with my wedding dress, and as a lifelong country music fan I'd always wanted western boots for my big day, and the rhinestones are stunning.
From immaculate service, super quick delivery and awesome staff I cannot rate you highly enough!! Now to save up for more boots from you (after the wedding!! ££££).

I LOVE these boots, Dia studios are the first boots I have ever had fit me and I feel comfortable in them. I have very small feet but wide legs and the plus size options are so varied but incredibly the custom calf options are also amazing and made with great care and such a reasonable price. I am buying a new pair a month at the moment and I don't show signs of slowing down!

I really recommend DIA, I have bought several pairs of boots over last 2 years. What I like is the quality and finish is more than I expected for the money and the delivery is quick with all items properly packaged. Also and perhaps most importantly they are so comfortable! I have wasted a lot of money in the past on boots both tall and short that were not comfortable for all day or evening. But the DIA ones give me no problems.

I bought the Taylor boots for my party the interaction with the team at Dia was awesome as my size wasn’t currently in stock and as soon as they were available I received the notification I set up on the website and also an insta message, I bought them that very minute and wow! They look awesome are so comfy (I can dance all night). I’ve also bought the Tilly my new ‘everyday boot’ and they are just as gorgeous and easy to wear - I’m going to need more space in the house to store all these awesome boots - if you have chubbier calves and don’t want to compromise on comfort these are the boots for you.
