Excellent from start to finish. Many options to choose from and faster than expected. Timed perfectly with our new home. And a slight issue with the order was ironed out very quickly and customer service was excellent. Delivery driver was great too! Overall excellent experience.

We decided to buy two more beds after buying the Dickson’s Ambassador Windermere Crushed Velvet Bed Frame. We are very pleased with the purchase. The beds are very comfortable. Mattress is key here. Absolutely love the 1000 pocket sprung memory foam mattress!!!

Really professional company and easy to liaise with in regards to delivery! The bed is gorgeous and was put together within 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend and use again for future bed frames!

Fabulous bed, looks beautiful and is so comfortable. Delivery was on time and delivery guy phoned prior to delivery. Bed was very easy to assemble and took less than an hour. Make sure you can fit it up your stairs when ordering as headboard comes in different sizes and the headboard piece is heavy so will need two people to take it upstairs.

Ordered an unique designs of two bed for my home. Here you could find out huge collections of bed with exclusive and different catalogues. I get my beds at the next day, with great quality and price is so reasonable as expected. Such a useful service. Thanks.

Brilliant Company

After looking at various bed companies and their reviews I decided to purchase a king size bed with a gas ottoman lift. After making this purchase I received a confirmation email and an update of the time schedule and delivery which stated 7 days. Indeed they were spot in with a delivery window of when they would arrive. Due to my poor measuring they was unable to get the headboard up my stairs due the the large height that I ordered. MY MISTAKE. They tried different ways of trying to get it up but unfortunately it just wasn't gonna go up. They said that they would be happy to make me a shorter one with an extra fee which I was fine with as it was my own fault. They set my bed up without the headboard and explained that they would get the new headboard to us within the week. They kept me updated and arrived 6 days later with the new headboard. They fitted the headboard to my bed and it looks amazing.
The ultimate selling point is not just having a good quality bed with a luxurious look but the customer service was exceptional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give 10/10. I will definitely be telling my friends about you. Will def order from you again. Thanks for a great service and a beautiful bed!😁

Very good quality for the price, quick delivery and easy to assemble, looks really lush in my daughters bedroom am going to buy another bed from dickinsons for my room.

I ordered some fabric samples and asked some questions regarding the beds and the customer support was very prompt at replying and very helpful.

Ordered swatches so we can decide on a colour for bed. Samples did not arrive so I messaged the customer Service team and received an immediate response. I received an apology and was advised that they would be resent next day. I have now received the swatches and look forward to ordering a bed.

I would highly recommend this company! Customer service was really helpful when ordering. Delivery was really quick and drivers were lovely and helpful! Love the bed is sturdy and the material is amazing. Brilliant and professional service. Definitely will use this company again for my daughters bed.

Bought 2 ottoman beds here for furnishing a new house. Fantastic value, great quality well made beds, and super quick delivery.
They even came back and swapped one of the beds before we’d unpacked it, as we felt it was the wrong colour (our fault, not there’s!) and they organised this without question or fuss. Superb customer service.
We finally moved into our new house and built the beds and found one of the lifting straps missing, no big deal really but another quick email to Dickinsons, and one was immediately sent which arrived a couple of days later in the post.
So pleased with the whole experience, would definitely deal with them again in the future.

Brought a upholstered Bunk bed it arrived less than a week! Great service. The bed is beautifully made and the easiest piece of furniture I’ve ever put together, the kids loved it as much as us.
