Still nothing positive from diechmann re faulty shoes.
Heard from diechmann via email but all it says is that they will pass my complaint to the area manager.
No information how to get a refund. I would have had a replacement but my granddaughter needed shoes for school so I had to buy some elsewhere.
Diechmann not only flouts the consumer act it's is guilty of false advertisements as the flags outside the store say they will replace or refund if you are unhappy with the quality.
Clearly they don't care and the managers are able to be as unpleasant as they choose so diechmann also needs to review its recruitment practice.
