Expertly removed the old battery from my Lenovo, not at all straightforward as I could see, and replaced it with a new one. All very instructive for me and done within an hour. Some good tips given as well.

Was so grateful to John who was able to sort out my printing problem over the phone and completely rectify the issue, even though repairing printers is not their thing - I realised from researching it that the problem was with the printer head but couldn’t manage the complicated cleaning process myself due to vision problems. Calls to printer companies suggested I buy a new one. But John spent half an hour patiently explaining & was able to fix the problem for me then & there. I needed that printer to work pronto and John made it happen. I have used the company for network installations previously and they have always been excellent - promp, efficient and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had my C: drive cloned and an extra SSD drive installed by the Digital Doctors team. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and at a quick turn around. If you need anything cloned then these are the guys to use.

I have used Digital Doctors to replace the chassis and some keys on my laptop. Good price, the staff was friendly and the laptop is as good as new now. The only drawback was that the whole procedure took almost a month to complete but that was not the company's fault since they've ordered the parts online, and they have taken a long time to arrive.

Friendly and helpful service, including quick answering of the phone, and a quick turn around. The main fault (of two) with my laptop was that the wi-fi wasn't working. Having made an appointment, I dropped the laptop off at their office on a Wednesday morning, amd was told it would probably be ready to collect by Friday. In fact, they phoned me on Thursday lunchtime to say that I could collect it that afternoon! Apparently it was a software problem, and so they just charged me the standard consultation fee of £79. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is that that managed to lose two of the laptop's rubber feet, but didn't tell me about this!
Folloing the initial publication of this review, I received a reply from Digital Doctors apologising for not refitting the rubber feet and asking me to contact them to make an appointment for one of their reps to visit me and re-fit them! In view of this, I'm amending my initial rating of them to five stars across the board. I'll certainly use them again if the need arises.
