Elderly laptop stopped taking a charge.
I had a problem with my laptop - it would not charge. Of course as soon as I demonstrated this at the office it began charging... They thought it might well be the connections and took it away to strip it down and repair. In fact they couldn't find a fault although they investigated all aspects - leads, charger, battery etc. As it behaved OK whilst in their hands they couldn't reproduce the fault.
It came back nicely cleaned and fully charged - seems to be behaving for now!?

John remember me? Having been one of your earliest clients I, as u well know, put all my faith in you. When it came time to replace my business system in 2017 YOU personally were given carte blanche to research, specify, choose, sell, install i.e. as a turnkey project and thereafter 'support' my new business system (hardware and Win 10 o/s + MS Office and related software). Having supported its predecessor (likewise ab initio) u told me you had 100% understanding of what was required and confirmed that what you proposed would deliver it. YOU had complete control of the project ab initio. What went wrong, John? Because from the outset you couldn't get it to work as u assured me it would. You then 'delegated' it to a colleague and finally was forced to re-take control of YOUR project only to tell me it was ‘clearly’ unstable and couldn't work as u assured me it should / would. Finally U offered to replace it BUT despite COUNTLESS requests for specific details of what u intended to replace it with (hmmm - once bitten twice shy?) and your endless promises to provide full details and spec of what it was to be 'replaced with' u never provided that information at all but, when push came to shove, reneged on ALL your undertakings, ditched me and my system, cancelled my support contract, made a minimal partial repayment of some of the hardware but NONE of the costly visualisation software U recommended, sold, installed and assured me would work (which it never did but 'fell over' at 1st asking), and no refund of the years of 'support' costs which was predominantly your / colleagues attempts to get the system U sold me to work as it said it would. Now u won't take calls, return messages etc ... but instead, having near destroyed my business as most of my time, even running basic Excel, Word, Outlook etc is spent waiting for 'system not responding' error messages to come and go in endless waves ... even if only trying to copy a SINGLE cell in a SIMPLE Excel sheet from one cell to another. I spend most of any session waiting for 'your system' to become responsive only for the same to reoccur again, and again, and again ... moments later. You know fine well I was literally unable to use it and had to get a laptop to function at all. And you know it’s been LIKE THIS SINCE YOU INSTALLED IT! It can't EVEN RUN THE BASIC OFFICE 365 which you claim expertise in! And YOUR ‘final solution’ ??? YOU cut me adrift, cancel the support contract and RUN TO THE HILLS FOR COVER (ducking and diving) leaving me with (in YOUR OWN words) an unstable, dysfunctional system not fit for purpose .. despite having given you YEARS to get it working properly. So I have ONE question. How do u justify your 'claims' to be a customer focused, trustworthy / reliable support partner providing hardware and software solutions? That, given my experience of the unmitigated disaster u have left me with, literally ‘holding YOUR baby’ imo that is a fair and reasonable question; don't u think? Your solution to your inability to resolve problems u are solely responsible for creating, despite being given every opportunity to do so, is to 'cut, run and hide' from YOUR responsibilities. Or do you think that is an ethical way of doing business? Re your assertions etc etc - I beg to differ.

Great service. Very cheap collection and delivery fee. Unfortunately I was not unexpectedly unavailable when they originally came to collect my laptop but they were very understanding and more than happy to re-arrange with no additional charge. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend
