Shipping is a nightmare

The free quick shipping for Ps plus is great in theory, but it wasnt as quick because UPS didnt come during the time window I was given, and I work for a living. I asked to work from home during the window. They arrived hours after when I had to go back to work. So they delivered the next day and I had to take a day off to be here, and then when they arrived the truck was going to drive past my house and only stopped when they realized I was standing outside. I wont be ordering through direct again.

Good delivery

Delivery came after just a few days, got a call prior to the delivery arriving asking if I'm home, everything was fine. One critique: On the ups homepage it said that the package would arrive between 10:30 and 14:30, but it actually arrived at 16:17 o clock. Just a minor inconvencience that could be improved

Over the past two days

Over the past two days, there were two “attempted deliveries” recorded, but the driver never knocked or made any effort to notify us he was here. Instead, a notice was left on the door without any interaction.
This caused unnecessary stress and delays, because we were home and available to receive the package both times.
On the third day, when the driver finally spoke to us, I asked him to identify himself, and he stated his name was Jesse Antoniche. The truck number was FV30352.
When I asked about where to leave a review, he appeared uncomfortable with that question, which raised additional concerns about accountability.
The service was not handled professionally, and simply leaving a notice without knocking should not be considered a legitimate delivery attempt. I also have concerns about the accuracy of reporting delivery attempts when no contact was actually made.

Sony uses DPD & DPD are dog awful.

Sony uses DPD as a delivery service and DPD are awful. 2 of us were in all day, no on knocked the door and no card was left.
Lazy delivery drivers just dump all local parcels at a 'delivery point' (Sainsbury's) because they are too lazy to deliver them to the end user.
Sony, use another company.

Dualsense delivery packaging too small

They keep cramming Dualsense controller boxes in a box that's 1-2mm smaller than the Dualsense box itself, so the controller packaging becomes crumbled even before sending it out.

Great delivery in good shape one thing…

Great delivery in good shape one thing I do have to say is when it is being delivered I would like to know what time estimates just that it will arrive that day. We had my dogs out when ups arrived and they almost left other than that everything was good.

We oredered a controller to Colchester and it says on their website it arrived in chelmsford

bloody controllers always get stick drift aswell
on my fourth contoller now
yes thats right ive had to spend hundred of pounds on controllers that dont work
