A special shout-out goes to Richard, who went above and beyond throughout the entire journey. He was friendly, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he kept me informed at every step. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything right for me.

I came to pick up my new van today from direct van credit. The gentleman dealing with my finance was marko and he was extremely helpful from start to finish, he even helped me move my dog cages from my old van. Highly recommended and will be going back to him for a car very soon

After waiting for Mark to get back to i decided to call the garage an spoke to Zara she was brilliant got the ball rolling. Mark talked me through what to do (as am rubbish with technology). An I picked the mondeo up on Saturday 31/1/2026. Made up with it,if in the future when I come to change the car an these have something that I am looking for I'll go back to them. Big thank you 👍

I honestly don’t understand how this company operates.

I applied online and was accepted, yet received no explanation, no guidance, and no communication about what happens next. I checked their website daily but couldn’t find a single suitable car. Throughout this time, no one contacted me.

When I eventually reached out about a car to ask for repayment details, they didn’t even know I already had an active application. That alone says a lot. I was told to wait while they looked into it.

That was two weeks ago.

Since then, I’ve chased repeatedly and received absolute silence. No updates. No replies. No accountability.

This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Disorganised, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.

I tried direct car credit after being refused by multiple companies,, after doing the application I was expecting to be refused but to my surprise wasn’t,, I put that down to the fact that my sales rep Richard was really good and helped with every aspect of the sale and also when I wasn’t given enough for the vehicle I want helped by getting it reduced to be covered by my finance,, the after sales team are fantastic as well when it was realised I didn’t have the sat nav SD card they are sourcing one to send to me,, a* from the whole team and would recommend them to anyone that asks..

Very good personnel like Zara and mark were more than helpful the cars they stock are excellent quick to get finance sorted I personally will recommend to everybody honestly Zara and mark are a pleasure to deal with

Customer service today was great even assisted with getting my stuff into the car.. Gotta thank the team for car.. However the interior needed a bit more cleaning as I had to get the Wipes out to clean the back passenger middle seat with the cup holders.. Other than that service was great
