The company was very helpful from the beginning it only took a few days from choosing my car to picking it up

It’s always stressful finding the right car but these guys made it pretty stress free the guy ( Richard ) listened to what I liked and wanted and found the perfect car and I just love it the only part I didn’t like was having to wait to collect it lol
But I found everyone friendly and my new car seemed perfectly adequate for its age and mileage
The only negative point I have is I wasn’t aware of the £99 admins fee but other than that it was a good experience

Richard from start to finish was impeccable. He talked me through all the stages, helped me choose the car I want. Even then after that Richard let me know when my car was ready and went above and beyond to squeeze me in on the Saturday just gone. I am so happy I chose to go with the company. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the staff even on the handover the lady doing the handover was amazing.

I had an issue with a car bought recently. The team were excellent and helpful in resolving the issue. Zara in particular was mostly involved in the conversation with me and She was exceptionally good, helpful and understanding. Thanks a lot Zara for your service as have been so good.

i was looking for a new car and i was looking on line when i came across Direct Car Credit, and when i saw the car i liked i gave them a call and they told me to come have a look so i drove down to the Dewsbury branch and was greeted with the lovely receptionist and she told me to go have a look at the car and as i was doing that she got one of the representatives to have at talk with me, i can say all the people that work for this company at Dewsbury are all nice and polite not pushy at all and give you time to think about your own decision witch i came to and now i'm the owner of a beautiful new car witch i always wanted so yes i would recommend Direct Car Credit. so if you are looking to change your old car for a newer model then go there because i did and i'm happy

I left a review here when I just bought the car and now I am coming back even happier with their services. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Once again I find myself very impressed by the efficiency and easy of dealing with Direct Car Credit. My car broke down after 5.5 months of buying. A problem that most cars my model and year had and that cannot be identified until the part breaks, all we knew from previous MOT is that the tubes from coolant was getting warm. I started to panic as my 3 months dealer warranty had expired and I had not extended it. Not knowing what to do I msg the agent who sold me the car Mark. It was a Thursday. Very quickly Mark put me in contact with Zara who was very professional and understanding. Zara told me that on the case of my car I had 6 months warranty via the finance company. Resuming it, by Monday I had the quote approved and booked the car in and by Wednesday I was picking it up. They paid the garage at the moment I was collecting. The whole experience was impressive. Everything run as it should and quick. The garage told me they don’t normally get insurance customers as they have to be waiting and going after them for payment. Well not with Direct Car Credit. Super happy customer here.

I Dealt with a chap called mark. the manger at direct car finance . and vans who completely understood my needs and delivered at a great price. needed to sourced the best van for me .I had to go back few times ,but got there in the end it all good but they made this effortless and came up with the goods. Professional and courteous, well done mark. .Vanessa who handed the Transit custom van over bye very lovey lady . really please with my van just what i need look good and drives well

Richard at direct cars was helpful through the whole process he wanted to make sure everything was spot on before he sold us the car! And everything was spot on! When at direct cars we then had Zara/Mark help us with the paperwork and they was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble! I would recommend this place 100% ro friends and family!
