Simple fast excellent service

Everything was going on well, from the customer service I received from Richard to the physical look of the car itself. The mistake i made was allowing myself to trust anybody. You will be told to sign the papers urgently and go with your car with the promise that any issues within the warranty period of 3 months will be attened, BIG LIES.
The workshop manager is the first arrogant, proud person you will encounter, followed by numerous bookings that will keep you waiting for weeks only for your issue to not get resolved. Following my complaints with the car, the workshop manager told me to my face "that i didn't buy a new car" so why complaining? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OUT THEIR PREMISES NO MATTER THE VERBAL PROMISES OR HOW PRESSURED. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION.

Well what can I say? The best experience I have ever had arranging finance and purchasing a car. From start to finish Richard went above and beyond and constantly kept me up to date with the process and to top it off the car was absolutely stunning. Thanks Richard your a wee star ⭐

Absolutely outstanding. Mark assisted from day one. He was courteous, understanding, supportive. He listened to what I was looking for and found the exact car, not only that, he found one with affordable repayments and not only that he found a reliable lender. My compliment to him, not only him to the organization for employing sure member as him. Thank you Mark, I deeply appreciate you and thank you Direct Credit. I’ll do my darndest to keep up with the payments, settle quickly to own the car outright and build up my credit score. Great from right at the start right upto me driving home in my new car. Easy to arrange, chat with with excellent customer service well mannered and well just so amazing with expert knowledge of what I was looking for and from walking through their door it was amazing just how lovely trustworthy they were with tbh what seemed like 10 minutes before I was on my way home with my lovely new car and so much so that I will be there once again for the next new car without even giving it a thought. Great after customer service too not ending when I drove home they have messaged me a few times to make sure they had done all that they could. Mark really does deserve more than just 5 stars but it's the maximum it will allow me to give him. Thanks Mark absolutely brilliant and appreciated more than you know 👍

Wow, what an amazing company this is had a top experience with my good pal Richard what a bloke he’s is! Can’t fault the service I got from Richard he was so lovely and helpful . BUT I’m deeply disappointed by the mechanics you have on board. Faulty clutch, front two tyres on the wrong way. And now a faulty battery. It’s not even been 2 month yet. Mechanics are obviously complacent and I’d suggest finding another garage.
