I can’t recommend this company enough, from buying the computer, the advice, the best price to now the after care which has been nothing short of amazing. Every issue (not relating to them) has been dealt with speedily, communication is exceptional and even with me not knowing anything about computers they have been patient and professional… if I could give more stars I would.

Very professional and helpful service from start to finish. The PC arrived quickly, well packaged, and ready to go. Everything works perfectly, and it runs games smoothly even with mods and shaders. Highly recommend! After researching for a new gaming pc over a few months, I found direct computers after seeing positive reviews. The website was easy to navigate and I found the perfect pc for me and a good price. I chose my pc and received it within the time frame given, issue free. And wow what a pc it is, high quality and built to a high standard. Im over the moon with it. And it was fully set up ready to go, giving a fantastic experience from right out of the box. I was searching high and low for a powerful PC to upgrade my Flight Sim setup, but the cost of buying new was discouraging. That’s when I discovered the Respawn range of refurbished PCs from DirectComputers, and I’m so glad I did.

From the start, Josh and the team were incredibly responsive to my queries, providing detailed information and photos that gave me full confidence to go ahead with the purchase. The PC arrived within 48 hours, and the packaging was outstanding — they went above and beyond to protect the whole unit, especially the glass side panel, and even added foam inside the case to prevent internal damage.

Although I knew I was buying a refurbished unit, I was genuinely surprised by the condition — it looked practically brand new. The GPU and all components were spotless, and with a completely clean installation of Windows I was up and running within minutes. I was also happy with the knowledge that benchmarking tests are run as part of their refurb process.

Even after the sale, the team continued to impress. They helped me set up additional user accounts via their pre-installed remote support tool, making the whole experience seamless. Again, the team were super quick to respond to my asks.

Excellent product, excellent service, and excellent value… It genuinely feels like I bought a brand-new PC at a fraction of the cost. This is my second pc I've had from Direct Computers both of which have been gaming pc's from different ends of the price range. I cannot recommend these guys enough, brilliant customer service and Joshua will talk you through your selections and you give you the best advice depending on your budget. Their prices are also competitive when compared to the other custom pc builders. This will now be my go to place when it's time to upgrade again. Thanks to all who where involved in my pc build this thing is a beast.

Usually i build my own pc's, but went to finance one from these guys and i cannot recommend them enough, their pc's are top quality and good prices along with amazing customer service.

Pc looks and runs beautifully. Joshua helped me massively during the initial stages to choose the right parts and visuals and George remotely accessed in to help me tweak. Can’t recommend enough!

Great team with better prices

Awful, what use is having a CS phone number when it connects to a remote person with 0 info and no way to get an update, I was told several times I would be called back yet nobody has called me.

Ordered an item and paid for express next day delivery, several days later still nothing, no replys to emails.

When I want to cancel becuase they have ignored me I suddenly get responses and excuses, they would rather blame couriers when in reality they just didnt ship my order.

Would not touch this company again, have given me several excuses as to why they have not bothered shipping my order for 4 days.

Been looking for a good build pc for a while so found offer from Direct Computers very appealing, great deal, hoping to have it soon too

I had been phoning around a few places requiring a specific build. Direct Computers were the most helpful and willing to spend time on the phone explaining how my requirements would be met. In the timescale promised I received a well packed, fully functional PC. It is fast, quiet and great value for money. Overall though it is the customer service that would have me returning more than the price. It is a service worth paying for. To the team there, keep up the good work.
