Really impressed with Direct Computers. The prices are genuinely some of the best I’ve seen, especially the bundles which offer great value. I love that you can upgrade the components too – it makes it feel much more personalised. I’m planning to buy one of the PC bundles soon, super excited! Also really appreciate that they offer Clearpay and Klarna – it makes it so much more manageable for families like ours. Definitely recommend.

First time buying a gaming PC and my PC knowledge is abit basic compared to console gaming but I found a bundle on Direct Computers website and I sent them an email asking if this PC would play the games I’d like to play Total Warhammer games etc and Josh from DC came back giving me an in-depth individual reasons to why it would play my games and beyond zero techno jargon it was words that I easily understood and put me at ease so I brought the PC once delivered there was a slight issue with the graphics card basically during transit it came away from the motherboard and needed to be pushed back into place until it clicked but only found that out after Josh & George from DC facetimed me to sort the issue out and now it works incredibly and super happy with the gaming PC and service Direct Computers gave me so if you’re looking for a decent gaming PC go to these guys! A+

Had been looking for a Gaming PC for myself for a while had issues with delivery's back and forth eventually saw a advertisement on Instagram for Direct Computers

done my research on them saw what they were offering PC had the specs I wanted so went ahead and bought it had a question about shipping and sent a email about it they replied really fast after about a week later get email my pc shipped out got the PC next day 9th July case had a part that was damaged really minor compared to the other PC I'd had to return due to them getting damaged in transit had other issues most of which weren't even issues to be honest phoned then emailed them too got call back Thursday from George dude was really helpful and sorted out my issue with the case fans not working he knew what was wrong literally WhatsApp video calls me talks me throught what i needed and to do also explained the other stuff that I thought where issues but weren't so yep Thanks George reduced my stress with that been playing some games on my PC really loving it 100% customer service has been the best I've experienced recently if you need a PC I Definitely recommend Direct Computers cheers
