Amazing Customer Service
I tried to find a particular handle to match my existing, far more difficult than I expected. Found one on Direct Door Handles which I was about to order but decided to phone first. After explaining to DDH, I sent in a photo of my door handle which did not match the one I was about to order. Paul at Direct Door Handles, went beyond helpful and actually found the exact handle from another supplier. I ordered and it was a match. Thank you Paul for all the trouble you went to especially when I had to place the order with another company. Would definitely return when any door handles are required.

Best costumer service I have ever received! They thought about my order and contacted me to advice me that I might want to change my order as I hadn't ordered the matching parts. Really refreshing to feel like they actually cared! Not only are their prices great but the choice and services is outstanding!

Placed an order overnight. Got a phone call in the morning to check I'd ordered what I actually wanted as I'd only ordered handles not full door packs. I had made a mistake so a most welcome call. Original order cancelled and refunded immediately and new order dispatched same day. Brilliant. Thank you.

Placed my order late Thursday evening - by 9am Friday morning I received a call from Paul checking that I was ok with the delivery times. I explained that it was my fault, I had not ordered in time for Monday. Paul called me back a couple of hours later and said that he had been able to get the knobs delivered to my home address for Monday. They actually arrived Saturday afternoon! Excellent quality on the knobs too. Thank you Paul - you are a star

Cheapest, decent quality door hinges I could find on the internet
Solid Steel Ball Bearing Hinges at £2.72 each were half the price of elsewhere and my carpenter was very impressed that I hadn’t opted for standard door hinges from local DIY stores.
They came well packaged and within 3 days from order
