Best price I could find with fast delivery. Unfortunately one item was out of stock after ordering. I immediately received a very helpful phone call with a promise of the item out of stock delivered to me in two days. To my surprise the item arrived as promised. Excellent service.

Good product ,very substantial and working perfectly.

The handles were fine the delivery however was awful. DHL had the parcel for 7 days, they lied to me regarding delivery and to the sender.

Nothing wrong with Direct Door Handles or the handles themselves.

Great service, I ordered what I thought were two door handles but they were packs of two and they called me immediately to check whether I intended to order four in total and as soon as I corrected it they deleted one of the orders for me. I feel that other companies would have just sent out both packs of two and left it for me to return the unwanted one.

Good range but some items not actually in stock which meant a short delay. Communication was very helpful and delivery arranged quite quickly.

Great service.
I got a phone call after placing the order to say there would be a delay of about 4 weeks and was that OK.
In this instance it was OK to wait and in actual fact I had it 2 weeks later.
Excellent service. Really like being kept informed.

No issues really, a four instead of a five simply down to a bit of confusion with delivery. Otherwise, a great price and love the new handles.
