The induction hob was delivered with all the glass smashed to pieces. This might be the fault of the delivery people rather than Vacuums Direct, but the hob was definitely not packaged properly to be protected.
Customer service to correct this issue was excellent.

I have ordered a Tefal aero steam on their website and it never arrived. When i checked what the issue was they said that it was returned because there was no one home although I have no proof that they actually tried to deliver. When I asked to redeliver they have sent a tracking order and they said it will arrive on Monday but in Tuesday they sent me a message saying:” Unfortunately due to a listing error, I have been informed we no longer have this model in stock, I would be happy to offer you the model tefal-dt8720g0-garment-steamer along with a £15 partial refund, please let me know if this is acceptable

So this makes me think that they never actually sent the steamer and that all this is a scam. I do not think pushing customers to accept a lower spec product is the way of doing things and I am disappointed by this whole process. Needless to say I will never use their website again.
