We bought a VAX Pet floor cleaner over a week ago and it came with no instructions. Tried using it on a small rug but very unimpressed with the result. Also it leaked the dirty water all over the floor afterwards from the base.
Have spent a week trying to contact them for a refund , but despite numerous emails have not had any reply.
They don't have a contact phone number and their contact form doesn't work, utterly awful .

The charger was broken and the hoover keeps on cutting out

Great company, product perfect and very fast delivery at a good price

I give this company 5 stars because they are amazing. I ordered a Vax steamer which arrived in a couple of days and was like new in perfect working condition.

The Battery doesn’t hold the charge.it goes from 3 lights to one light and it doesn’t last long before going flat.

Ordered a new vacuum from Vax but there weren't any accessories for cleaning car and stairs etc. Ordered these and they are genuine accessories for a fraction of the price on the vax website. Very happy with purchase, would recommend.

Fast delivery and dehumidifier works well. Good price.
It wasn't until I was packing it away that I noticed a crack in the casing. Appears to be just cosmetic so I haven't started a return.
