Such an easy hassle free way of buying a new bike. This was the first time I have bought a bike online so was a little dubious of what would turn up. Ordered the bike and a week later a well packaged box turned up with everything in one piece.

Great bicycle at discounted price,dawes galaxy cross, arrived promptly and undamaged,reasonably easy to assemble. If I ever need another I will know where to look.

Bike reported as damaged in transit and held with courier (Yodel) before a delivery attempt was made. Having spotted this on the tracking information, had to chase Discover Cycling a number of times to take action. Eventually lost patience and all trust in Discover Cycling so requested a cancellation and refund of the order. Told the bike had to be returned first, which I accepted. However, subsequently took two more weeks and several phone calls with all the typical poor customer service experiences of being fobbed off and made unfulfilled promises to call back / deal with the problem. All the more frustrating given that the bike was never once in my possession. Eventually pursued a refund through PayPal and a refund was finally forthcoming. All in all, little regard shown for the customer.

In short, if the price is good enough perhaps worth taking the risk (both Discover Cycling and Yodel) but otherwise look elsewhere. My subsequent experience using Wheelies was the polar opposite, superb service.

Easy to deal with and quick. Correspondence answered efficiently.

Ordered a ladies bike from this company. Ordered on the Monday, I contacted them on the Wednesday to see if they could give me a delivery date and was told by the end of the week. No bike delivered. Contacted again the following Monday to be told the bike was damaged and was now discontinued. I wonder how long it would have been before THEY contacted Me to tell me about the problem instead of me contacting them. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them as this seems to be a recurring problem. Would NOT recommend buying from this company.

Bike ordered as it was shown as in stock. No advice on when to expect delivery and finally had to demand a refund as bike was not available.would not use again.

We bought the bike for going to work. The bike took a little longer to arrive than we are used to but it is great now that it is here. The only issue are the handlebars. They really are not good for longer distances and speed, so we have bought an ergonomic multi function handlebar. Bike is smooth to ride, should be great for the purpose.

As above very good will recommend to friends and collegegs if asked where purchased.

Poor customer service. They don't always answer the phone. Don't answer email. Took 9 days to refund a cancelled order.

Disappointing and I ended up buying a bike elsewhere.

Ordered a bike nearly 3 weeks ago. Chased 3 days prior to daughters birthday to bevtoldvitem out of stock and would be delivered by end of month! Appalling that we wasn't informed of this until we chased delivery! Do not recommend Discover Cycling at all

Did what what they said. Great bike!

Ordered my bike and back pannier bag, had my order confirmed and money gone from my account. After 7 working days I phoned them to ask about my delivery as the web site says 2-5 working days, had been told that it will be dispatched in two days. After two days I received an email saying that my bike is no longer in stock and had been offered an alternative that wasn't even close with the features of bike I wanted. Got a refund very fast but lost about 14 days in total waiting for any answer regarding my order. I cycle to work daily and was kinda in a hurry to get that specific type of bike!! After the refund I reordered it from Amazon and got it after two working days!

Delivery I had to chase as didn't keep in contact very well although this was straight from supplier.
The kensington ladies bike is gorgeous very stylish looking however the seat drops when riding and cannot tighten anymore the gears don't sedm to be connecting correctly in gear 1 the tools provided was soft and so rounded off good job had our own tools !! Now need to have looked at to secure the seat if this is sorted and the gear problem then will be a stunning useful bike

Very good turned up when they said it was going to be delivered. Very pleased. Only thing is I had to adjust gears as they were a little bit out. Could of been when put in box. Very well packaged up

Great easy ordering...super bike..speedy delivery ...shame the alan key and the spanner don't fit most of the parts..made it tricky to assemble..and the mudguard needed the hole filing in order to fit it..would have liked clearer instructions.

Bike great but disappointed in the lack of tools to put it together, the spanner did not fit all bolts, and the alen key did not fit all the fittings, therefore my husband had to use his own tools. Also the two screws for the front basket were missing, so once again my husband had to search for two screws to fit the basket. Only small things but if I was a woman on her own I would have found it difficult to find tools to do the job.

Quick delivery, well packaged and very happy with the purchase and the bike. Only issue was that the bike was advertised with 700x26c tyres but it came with 700x23c tyres. My preference would have been for the 26c tyres.

After a hic up with my first order of a bike the customer service I recived was exceptional nothing was a problem and my order was fulfilled with prompt profecionanl efficency. I Would have no hesitation of recomending or purchasing another product from the seller .

Box came badly damaged and gears kept slipping . Tyre slowly deflates .All in all quite poor
