I cannot recommend this company enough. From the first point of call where I placed the order to the delivery men and what they did! I am over the moon with my appliances, the way they were unpacked, fitted and the old appliances taken away. These men went beyond what was expected and I cannot thank them enough. I wont order from any where else in future and I will let all my friends and family know where to go. Thankyou so much.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. Our IKEA fridge freezer started to make weird noises, not freeze properly and ice up repeatedly, so quite by chance I found this company, which I’d never heard of before. The guy in the office was marvellous, talking me through the choices without giving me any sales pressure. He then booked us in for a home installation three days later. The fitters who arrived (reminder text the night before, phone call 30 minutes before arrival) were pleasant, polite, incredibly efficient and good humoured throughout. The fridge freezer is great, I am delighted. I know it sounds like they’re paying me to write this, but I have no connection to them except for feeling incredibly pleased that there are still firms which provide a fabulous service like this for a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service I have received from Distons has been second to none. The mistakenly ordered initial cooker was swapped out for the correct one with great efficiency. The delivery driver was very helpful. I will certainly consider using Distons again in the future.

I Rang on Monday to check if they had the washing machine we wanted, which they did.It was delivered the next day promptly and got us out of a fix. The lads that delivered it were helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend Distons in future.

I phoned Distons due to the oven i ordered only having 2 shelves instead of the three i thought it should have. The Guy i spoke to said he wasnt sure and would check and get back to me but he didnt.

Excellent customer service, efficient, helpful at a good price.

We ordered online having selected the built in double oven we wanted. Price paid was very competitive. The delivery was on time within the 3 hour time slot. The driver was helpful and polite. As already agreed, he took away the old oven and unwrapped the new one to ensure that it was undamaged. All in all a faultless transaction. Thank you.

Really pleased I found this company, wanted to use a small family company rather than one of the big ones. Also one of a few selling the Ebac washing machines. You can tell how good a company is when there is a problem. There was a small issue on the stock, however as soon as it was flagged up, Ryan picked up the phone (a rarity these days!) to apologise and let me know. It was all sorted out very quickly. This was followed up with emails and a further call from Ryan keeping me informed on what was happening and when the machine would arrive. On the day of delivery, I received a phone call 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, all installed and old machine taken away, can't ask for any more than that. Fantastic service.
