I love this shop and this company BUT
I love this shop and this company. Their collection is wonderful and great quality. I love every item. However one on my latest orders on the French Disturbia website has never arrived despite having paid and receiving confirmation that the order went through. I have been trying to email them ever since and I am still waiting for an answer. Never had that issue with the UK store but I can’t seem to find a way to contact the ones in France.

Excellent throughout
Ordered two dresses with next day shipping for my daughter to try for a gig. The sizing tool suggested different sizes for the dresses and it was absolutely correct. She chose one and I returned the other - very easy process, tracked throughout and the refund came sooner than expected. Quality was great too. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely buy from Disturbia again.

Love the clothing! Different materials are being used, so check the details to see if the material is something you like. Disturbia has clothing in many styles, most of which I love and have trouble finding anywhere else.
The website is clear and easy to use, and I received all orders very quickly. Very happy with my hauls, and will definitely order again!

Return item becomes of the quality and sizes. It take over 2 weeks and still no refund. This is the longest return process I ever experienced. I may have to open the case on PayPal.

Having looked into this for you, your returns and refund were processed on the 13th July back to your original payment method, as this was a banking provider, we say to allow 3-5 working days to receive this back with yourself.

In the first place the order was not even shipped and cancelled. I got my money back and i ordered it again.
The order was not as pictured in many ways and seemed not really pricey. Profuct quality was really bad

Honestly I had such a good experience with Disturbia. It's more expensive than where I was getting my clothes recently but it was worth it. The sizes were reliable (dresses 14, corset tops 16 as I have a larger bust) and the quality good (none have immediately fallen apart). Also they look SO GOOD I have been getting lots of compliments from people and I just feel really pretty in them. My first order arrived and then I immediately ordered my second. It won't be good for my bank account but I would recommend. Top tier.
