Bunch of cowboys! their staff are rude, and they don't care!
Come home today to find a large truck unloading a vehicle on my driveway. I am self employed and time is money. I waited until the driver got a vehicle off then politely asked him to move the truck off my driveway. He initially said I am only going to be ten minutes! I asked him again more firmly, he then moved the truck ten feet. That meant my driveway was still obstructed because I could not swing my large van around to reverse into my driveway. The third time I was getting angry and told him he should simply drive around the block once to allow me access off the road and onto my driveway. This time he said you can wait until I am ready! Mean while a bus has had trouble getting passed where he has blocked my driveway and the street. That meant Emergency vehicles could not get passed either. 30 meters away their was a suitable long road with no traffic, where it would have been safe to unload without parking on a private driveway, and obstructing busses and emergency vehicles! I can only assume this selfish driver was lazy as well as rude.
Reg of this truck was GK69-BV? So if DLG auto services think this attitude of drivers is OK and not being courteous to people when you are unloading cars the conclusion is that this attitude runs through the company. What a bunch of cowboys.

After damage was done to the offside rear wing against a wall, Direct Line put me in touch with DLG Auto Services for the repair. My wife and I were contacted immediately and their well organised, compassionate, streamline and professional services kicked into gear. A courtesy car was organised and delivered to our home and our damaged car taken to their workshop for repair.
The staff were very helpful and kept us up to date with every stage of the repair via telephone calls, emails and through their online panel. Our vehicle was returned with a first class repair, with a perfect match on the Pearlescent White bodywork and the dents had vanished! The drivers, Duane and Sean, were dressed appropriately, polite, professional and explained everything in great detail with photographs and emails to follow up. The Site Manager, Shaun Hewett, touched base with us and was also extremely helpful.
My wife and I are so grateful for their excellent customer care, service and quality of repair to BSI Kitemark (BS10125) with a 5 year warranty for the repair. Thank you!

This company delivers a world-class service. My car was taken away for repairs to the front of the vehicle & from day 1 each member of staff that spoke to me was courteous, helpful & gave customer service that was second to none. My car was sent to DLG Auto Services by my insurers after an unknown vehicle destroyed my wing mirror overnight. DLG phoned me in relation to other areas of damage and I informed them very clearly that these were old damage - from three years or so earlier - and not related to the current claim. When the car was returned to me it was in immaculate condition, and the earlier damage had also been repaired despite my assurance that it was not part of the current claim. I do not know which branch this was as my insurers had not given specific details, nor did the DLG branch, but I couldn't have asked for better service.

they had car collected then decided they won't fix it (misfuel) and sent ton mercedes,,
The process took a month and is good EXCEPT between leaving me.... going by tow company... inspected by them... sent to merc.... returned to them and then driven here (over 50miles).. it gained small dents in sides, scraped on both front corners, reversed into something and cracking the rear bumper (maybe damaged as well as paint) and broke the front under-bumper....
whoever it was responsible I still have many small dents and damaged bumpers,
apart from that, I'm just glad to get it back

I had an accident with a full grown deer. DLG Autos took all the stress away from collecting the vehicle, keeping me up dated on a weekly basis both via text and speaking to me on current status. The ladies in the office were brilliant and remained professional at all times. DLG Autos were very open and honest regarding any delays and answered any of my queries. Well done team.

DLG were always prompt, professional and friendly in their interactions regarding the repair on my vehicle.
They picked it up from my front door, gave me a courtesy vehicle to keep me moving and let me know when to ,expect delivery back to me.
When there was a delay in receiving a part they needed they extended my courtesy car rental and always kept me informed so I knew what was happening.
My car looks great- the repair has made it look "brand new"!
Now I just need to keep it that way!!
