After consulting for a seat fitting for my current car seat as I couldn’t figure it out. I was told it wasn’t compatible incompatible with the car and could end in serious injury to my baby if involved in a crash. Bought a new one recommended by her and she came with it the next day to fit it and show me how my son should look and fit into it. Highly recommend thank you again

Deborah was fantastic, knows her stuff and was explain to explain everything so thoroughly. She spent so much time with us going through different options and testing them in the car but never felt like a pushy sale. I've been telling everyone with kids about her! Already planning to go back when we need a seat for second car and granny's car.

We reached out to DMB after struggling to go anywhere in the car with our little one. She has severe reflux and neck tension and would just scream every time she went in her infant carrier. Straight away DMB knew exactly what type of seat she needed to be in. The knowledge and friendlessness were second to none. Our little girl has not only smiled in her new avionaut stardust seat, but also fallen asleep! We are delighted and feel like we can now go out! The service was so quick, from the message responses to availability of appointments and stock of car seats - everything was so efficient! The knowledge passed on was amazing and it's evident Deborah is extremely educated when it comes to car seat safety. There was nothing she couldn't answer about the seats she stocks. She was amazing with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We were recommended DMB car seats and have been really impressed by the service provided as both consultant and distributor of several car seats. Deborah was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all safety aspects and market options. She was able to advise on the type of seat we were looking for, check compatibility with our car and ensured it was a good fit for our son. Also highlighted other safety equipment (knee guard) which we hadn’t considered. We’ve since returned for a second order and would highly recommend to any parents looking for safe and comfortable seats for their kids.

Really fast to respond and recommend a suitable car seat. Was able to order directly off website and had an offer to help fit into my car (which I chose not to have). However when I queried the car fit they were super helpful at guiding me!

A really excellent service. Car seat safety info is so difficult to digest, so speaking to an expert is invaluable. They helped us picking seats for two small cars while still being able to maintain rear facing for a few more years. Brilliant.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Deborah has been nothing short of amazing. After being let down by another company (I will not name), Deborah emailed me back straight away with stock information and also timeframes for delivery. Deborah was away for training but had even gone to the trouble to get her husband to ship the seat to us. It arrived within a matter of DAYS. (2!!!). Also, as this is our first fixed seat, we were worried about the installation (we had watched DMBs YouTube video). I emailed DMB Car Seats and Deborah provided me with a contact number to WhatsApp her photos/videos etc. I sent them and had a reply STRAIGHT AWAY. I honestly cannot thank DMB Car Seats enough. We purchased the Avionaut Sky Airflow in Pink and we are over the moon!
