Dun & Bradstreet licenses its data out to other companies like buzzfile.com. There I found our law firm with all kinds of incorrect data. You have to go through Dun & Bradstreet to effectively get the information removed, and it is a cumbersome, time-consuming experience. This USED to be a respectable company.

I found out that dun&bradstreet reports my accounts as late filed , which is not correct so I called I made them aware of it. They acknowledged that it was incorrect on their report but have since not corrected and are not responding to emails.
Absolutely shocking as this really affects my business credit report and as I can imagine not the only one with this exact problem.
How is dun&bradstreet allowed to continuously give out false reports on businesses without any consequence?

It is incredibly difficult to contact dun & bradstreet, so when they have details incorrect about my own business, I am not able to have it updated.. Terrible service and so disappointed in their service and poor communication.

D&B continually reports me past due on multiple accounts, i dispute and get a few of them removed, others that you wont remove, won't tell me who the name of who is reporting me past due. Then I wait 2 weeks and you still show the corrected removed accounts as still past due. I spend hours fixing this and then next quarter have to do it all over again.

We have been attempting to use D&B as a data collection service on businesses we work with, it is absolutely useless. More trouble than help.
Complete waste of money with completely incompetent support staff who clearly are just scamming customers out of their money.

Was rung up and told our system was out-of-date, recommended to go to VIOP. We explained our own moderately complex system was told all would be well. Took three months to install, have been overcharged, was rung up and asked if I wanted to cancel lines, agreed not knowing they were our broadband presumed they knew. Phones did not operate for the first three weeks, no Internet for a week, phones affected in house Wi-Fi. Attempting to talk to anybody who could resolve things was a nightmare and still is. My businesses lost over £10,000 they have offered me £20 compensation for loss of business!. Has nearly bankrupted our business. Do not deal with these people they are not reasonable and do not offer information or good advice at all. They are chaos no department appears to know what the other departments do.

Horrible service, the website/ email was a total joke and never came to fruition. When I called, they required "proof" which I gave them that I paid for the service. But kept treating me as though I did not pay for the service. A total waste of time. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to paying for this bogus service.

Disastrous experience with them. Signed up initially because I thought I needed the DUNS number for Apple. Approval was actually very quick, but that's the only thing that worked well for me. Immediately after signing up, I started receiving a barrage of emails from this company. Disgusted by this waste of my time and energy, I finally contacted the company and asked them to close my account and delete all my information. Nothing is worth this amount of SPAM. Getting them to complete this simple task has been a saga. It feels like sheer harassment at this point and I truly wish I'd never signed up in the first place. I truly detest this company.

Total scam. These folks business model is to make false info public, then EXTORT you into a monthly subscription to correct it. There needs to be a class action suit! Even their employees will privately admit this. They need to be taken out of business!

Timeframe for receiving a DUNS number: 30 business days... for a number they could generate in seconds.
Even the freaking government can issue an EIN number in mere minutes.
Want to expedite that number to ONLY 8 business days? That'll be $229.
Not long ago I tried updating my business information with one of my businesses. It still has an address I haven't been at in nearly 8 years.
But you can't simply login and update any of your OWN information... it has to go through their BS system and it takes WEEKS!
Business moves at a fast pace in this day and age but it's like D&B wants it to move at the pace of molasses in winter, only so they can charge you for "expedited" fees and try to upsell you on their nonsense. No thanks!

Shocking company. My company was given a poor credit rating by them. (Company is year on year profitable, no adverse information whatsoever). I contacted them and followed the correct channels to query our rating. 3 times I've contacted them, zero acknowledgements or reply to any of them.
Companies use the information they supply to make business decisions, it's scary that they can be so influential, yet so poor at administering their business.

Credit Insights Plus is a total scam. You pay $1500 to be allowed to submit invoices, but it just rejects everything you submit, and they tell you NO information about why. I get invoices from tons of companies but it doesn't accept ANY OF THEM!!! WHY??? It has four (4) transactions that I've ever done, worth $250 - yes - two hundred fifty dollars - when I've paid over $700,000 to vendors over the past few years. I even connected all my business credit cards and uploaded statements - but nothing changes. These people should be reported to the BBB. This is outrageous. No help from customer service whatsoever. Zero information. Couldn't be more frustrating.

Credit Insight Plus: Impossible to get a straight answer from customer service. It is obvious they are using a bot/AI to handle email/online inquires. Document submissions repeatedly denied with scripted response. Even when corrected (actually got a rep to say reason), it was corrected/resubmitted, again denied, because I'm sure its just hitting an AI scan and declining. It has been an endless loop of trying to submit, resubmit documents and can not link bank accounts. Biggest issue is that "customer service" is completely incompetent and refuses to escalate to manager/actual human being to respond.
